A Dark Dream

As Grimm fell into a deep slumber, his mind was clouded with a dark storm that covered and obscured the burning face of his God.

"Grimm, of all the facelss a test has been put in front of you in a way I could have never imagined. There are many dark books in this world, but I can feel you are drawing close to one we all thought lost. Not the book of shadows, but a book of the damned. Grimm, see this book burned. Burn it in holy fires you keep alight in your temple to me, and I will reward you."

The storm overhead grew more fierce, and though the sun spoke more his cries were drowned out with the cracking of thunder, and the odd sound from a thousand miles away of loud chewing.
