So all you need to do now is to reset the account password to get back into it if you haven’t created a new account with the same email, you will need to use the original email address of that EA account. I am sharing you the steps to reset the password for the account and restore it through those steps. You can wait for some time and try using those steps.

  55. Deepak (4.6.2022, 12:06:27): I understand. However, only a player can restore the account and unlink the platform account. We can't even check, reveal, unlink or modify any information on a deleted account.
  56. Alexander (4.6.2022, 12:07:20): Ok but I didnt delete any account.. This is my same old account with my Battlefield 3 Limited Edition

Deepak (4.6.2022, 12:09:58): I can certainly understand and that is why I have reported this concern to my team so that team can review the account and help you to unlink your Xbox account from that deleted EA account. We are receiving the similar contacts and many of the customers are facing the same issue. Please do not worry, our team is working on a fix.

  60. Deepak (4.6.2022, 12:14:26): I appreciate your understanding an cooperation. They both are different accounts and your deleted EA account is linked to another email address, which we are not able to check on the deleted account, unfortunately, I hope you understand.
