[1]Kazuki hums, nodding her head a bit as she made sure to take her pickaxe along with herself on this mission, and once the two of them arrived at the cliff... she just gulped down a bit once looking down along the cliffside, looking somewhat worried, to say the least... almost as if she didnt even know how exactly she is supposed to get down there and start mining, since she didnt bring any rope or any mountain climbing gear.

Catherine saw that Kazuki had no idea how to get down the cliff, so she decided to just do something that was silly and could possibly work atleast in her mind that was. She would perform two hand signs while opening her mouth seemingly about to use some sort of jutsu without any warning.

A glob of Syrup like substance would appear to shoot from her mouth directly at the cliff edge before slowly falling down it till it reached the caves entrance, she then would push Kazuki forward trying to nudge them to go ahead and use it somehow some way. She was not strong so her pushing most likely wouldn't move them unless they were just extremely off guard right now.

"I am sure ya can make due with that or something right?" She would say curiously wondering if it helped them in anyway at all. In truth she could have just carried the girl down but she also wanted to practice her own jutsu to accomplish multiple things at once.

[5]Kazuki blinked a few times in surprise as she certainly didnt expect Cathy to be able to pull something of this sort off, and while she didnt really know what that blue slime stuff was, she just stared at it as it created something akin to a climb-able wall down towards the cave entrance. However, as she was standing at the edge of it... she felt the sudden push from behind, causing her to just flop forward and face-plant onto the slime wall.

Now stuck to it due to the sticky nature of it, Kazuki wasnt really able to move around too much, resulting in her just slowly but steadily gliding down across the sticky surface, mostly thanks to the weights that were latched onto her ankles, pulling her down quite properly until soon enough, she found herself close to the cave entrance, and tried to grab onto the nearest rock to try and not slide all the way off into the water, now in perhaps of some need of help to actually get inside.

Catherine laughed to herself a bit at the display the girl put on, she did not expect the light push to cause them to fall forward due to the fact that last time she pushed the girl they did not budge a inch. Deciding to not let them suffer to much from the stickyness she decided to go down and help the girl by using suimen upon her feet so that she could walk upon the wall and sticky stuffs.

She moved down to the entrance and began to tug on the girl a bit helping them through the struggle of getting free and inside of the cave. Her muscles were pretty weak but in fact she did have weights on as well so that added to her pull some as she leaned back tugging with her body upon Kazuki's arm. "Come on now, I thought you were a big tough bandage girl."

Kazuki finally ended up being freed from the evil sticky stuff after some tugs and pulls from Cathy, much to her relief as she didnt need to worry about now getting dragged down into the watery abyss below. Instead now though, once the two were inside of the cave, she withdrew her pickaxe from her back, along with lighting a torch aflame so that they could see where there was any ore around the place.

[10]And soon enough, she found what appeared to be some kind of ore vein glistening on the wall, prompting her to just settle the torch down somewhere so that it could illuminate the area for the two... and promptly got to work on whacking her pickaxe away against the wall, just casually standing and chipping bits of pieces of stone and ore out of it...!

Catherine  was clearly not as smart as Kazuki in the regards to mining as she did not look upon the walls trying to find ore and just thought that the ore hid behind the rocks from sight. She atleast had a pickaxe though no torch in sight so she kinda stayed close to the entrance as to not get lost in the darkness, She probably could have stayed with Kazuki but she thought that splitting up a bit might make things easier somehow.

Without much thought she began to slap at the wall with her pickaxe hitting into the rock in hopes that she would find something behind it, she did not really have much of a plan besides hitting it and hoping her arms did not fall off from her extra weights. She somewhat wished that Kazuki talked more but it seemed like alot of people around here were not the talkative type.

Kazuki wasn't exactly sure why Catherine opted to walk away instead of starting to work on the ore vein that she found, but she simply shrugged her shoulders in regards to that, figuring that someone who already went mining at least once or twice like Cathy would probably know more about this sort of stuff than herself. All she knew about mining came just from books, after all.

And thus, whilst occasionally changing her posture to make good use of her weights as well during this rather heavy exercise, Kazuki continued to hammer away at the wall, throwing one blow after another with the pick in hopes of dislodging the largest possible chunks of ore that she could out of the wall, figuring that the more they gathered up, the better it'd be for them in the long run...!

[15]Catherine quickly tired out from the mining due to the added weights she had on, in truth she was just out of shape in almost every regard due to how she trained in her other form wich consisted of other people carrying her around. This cause her to skip out on most physical activities and just focus on honing her inner chakra related strength forcing this task to be alot more of a struggle for her then kazuki.

She did manage to dig into the wall a chipping away at it slowly with her squishy arms, to anyones suprise she actualyl did manage to find a vein of ore hidden behind stone that most wouldn't notice. It seemed like she had luck on her side but that wouldn't take her to far if she was to much of a lazy butt to really use the luck.

With the newfound ore she would start to focus her pickaxing upon the spot that she found, in truth she did not even give her luck a second thought as this was what she had done last time and made it work twice so far. In her mind this was just how mining worked so it would probably cause problems in the future but for now it was working out perfectly.

Kazuki thought that for now, there might be enough ore already on the ground from her constant mining, and thus she just opts to stop for the time being, instead gathering up all the chipped off ore fragments up and shoving them into a sack that she brought along, before grabbing the torch and moving up to pick Catherine up as well, given that she was deeper in the mine.

And once she was next to her after sluggishly dragging herself towards the black-haired girl, which given the double extra weight from both the ore and her weights pulled her down quite immensely, she just tapped her shoulder a few times, as if saying that she's done on her end, and would suggest the two just head back out so they can turn this mission in to the kage.

Catherine easily heard Kazuki making their way through the mine dragging the ore with them making all sorts of noise. She wondered just how much ore that girl had to get to be filling up the cave with so much noise and it seemed like from the looks of it as they came into sight it was most likely more then their own body size.

[20]She stared at them for a bit while gathering her own ores from the ground, of course her bag would not be as heavily filled but she would do her best to bring back what she could with her little arms. "Did ya have fun back there, seems like ya really went at it huh. Did you think though that you still had to find a way from the cave and onto the surface while carrying that though?" She would ask with a puzzled look as the way they entered was not the most elegent way and the syrup had dissipated by now due to it only being able to be sustained for so long in its unpracticed state.

Kazuki shrugged her shoulders a bit on that, finding it just as entertaining as a typical chore, honestly... and thus, leading the two with the torch back over towards the cave entrance, she wasn't exactly sure as to how she should climb the cliffside back up again, pondering for a bit... before just opting to use the other side of the cave exit, the one that wasnt covered in sticky goop, in order to just do it ye olde way. Grabbing onto the cliffs and just pulling herself up!

Catherine decided to just follow along up the wall but with her suimen skill, though she was rather proficient with it she did still have a hard time making up the wall with the newly found weight holding her down. Atleast this was a pretty good training session for her squishy body so a portion of her daily training was already completed.

"Alright lets head back and hope that someone is around to take sort out this stuff." She would say while slowly walking back to town fairly exhausted and dirty at that.
