- Avoid all the trainers, enter house at middle of route for Old Rod

- Register/use Old Rod to catch Fortog (with Great Ball)
- Grab Rare Candy from NPC on street to the right
- Backtrack all the way to Nowtoch City, avoiding trainers along the way

NOWTOCH CITY
- Head to tallest building in mid-west of town and climb all the way to the top
- Save before trading and reset for Moxie ability and not a -Attack nature

ROUTE 2
- Pick up Super Potion
- Swap Baashaun to slot 1, heal Eletux to 10+ if Lv5 sheep, to 15+ if Lv6, save if Lv5
- Hiker Chuck: Swap to Eletux, Water Gun xwhatever. If Lv5, die with Eletux after 1 attack and kill with sheep
- Head back to Moki Town

KEVLAR TOWN
- Head to Center and fight Rich Boy Mawuli 3 times
- Rich Boy Mawuli: Low Kick
- Use center, head towards Moki Town

- Repel at grass and equip Oran on Baashaun
- Avoid all trainers
- If you caught a Lv5 Fortog and split exp on Chuck, you need 28 EXP from wilds

- Head east to Route 3

- Skip Repel at the start if you still need EXP from wilds (see above)
- (Once you have EXP) Use a Repel, swap Eletux to slot 1
- Pick up Rare Candy below house
- Avoid all trainers in grass and at start of beach, swap Baashaun to slot 1

- Swap Eletux to slot 1 again for Repel
- Avoid Blackbelt at far left of his vision
- Pick up all 3 Berries

- Can avoid first three trainers
- Heal before fight
- Hiker Gregorison: Bulk Up + Stomp x2 Gligar, Brick Break (+ BB) Barewl, Stomp (+ Stomp) Gligar, Brick Break (+ BB) Dearewl
- Heal after fight. Equip EXP Share on Eletux if you've hit 1053+ EXP worth of optionals.

ROUTE 7
- Talk to guy outside cave for Super Repel
- Avoid trainers, head down the stairs and hug left side
- Head north and east to bridge
- Theo: Aerial Ace x2 Cubblfly, Stomp Minyan, Stomp Chicoatl, Brick Break Raptorch
- Head northeast to Bealbeach City
	> Stop at cave and pick up PP Up inside

BEALBEACH CITY
- Go directly east to third building (HQ)
- Mash through cutscene with Dad, then head back to Route 7
- Grab Coconut Milk and Full Restore on beach

ROUTE 7
- Use a Repel. Remove any Berry you have equipped. DO NOT HEAL

NUCLEAR PLANT EPSILON
- Head south to actual plant building. Can avoid all trainers (max range right for 2nd one, watch for 3rd after)
- Pick up Burnt Notebook
- Head all the way north to get the Rusty Key
- Head all the way west to activate the computer
- Nuclear Trawpint: Lose quickly (ideally)
- Take free heal if you somehow won the fight, head back to Bealbeach City and head to Mart
- 4F: Sell Nugget, Elixir, HP Up and PP Up, Buy 2 X Speeds, 3 X Attacks and 3 X Sp.Defs
- 2F: Buy 13 Super Repels, 10 Hyper Potions and max Super Potions

BEALBEACH GYM
- Equip Persim Berry. Equip EXP Share on Eletux now if not done already.
- Swimmer Adam: Aerial Ace + Aerial Ace/Stomp Cocaran, Stomp x2 Folerog (Do not learn Thundershock)
- Heal.
