The Japanese options in this page, if unspecified, are all names of ship girls. Foreign ships (and ships with multiple nationalities) are noted in Katakana though:

「ある」 for "Yes" and 「ない」 for "No".

意図的な轟沈をさせたことが

「レベル」 is "level". Choose accordingly.
