Follow Proc Priority during this phase, however weave in Devilments, you can get in 2 Devilments and all 4 procs under the timer if you clip, or time, Flourish into the GCD.



Use Feathers as available during Raid Buffs, afterwards use as necessary for burn and/or small buff windows.
Due to Technical Dance applying Espirit to all allies, procs may fall off in favor of Devilment (ALL Weaponskills AND Spells give Espirit Bar, chance of overcapping).
