Chapter 4 Notes

So, I thought that this place would be a good place to write the new patch notes.
- First things first, there is now an actual title screen, no longer will a cold open happen.
- A new cutscene will play to introduce this world.
- Chapter 4 is now playable.
- Minor fixes.

One last thing of note: chapter 5 will be the last chapter within this particular act however, I will still be testing this game and possibly adding some extra secrets in the future. Until we next meet! -NAV

Edit: I still need to test some things, an update will be released when I get around to it.

Edit 2: Game has been bug tested, update will go live shortly after. Also I want to say that something like this will never happen again, and chapter 3 is going to get an update sometime in the future.
