  1. You're going to want to go to 'Tools' the hit 'options' then hit 'advanced' then click 'connections'
  2. Follow these steps from the top of the settings to the bottom and you should do fine.
  3. 1. "Use port [32535] for incoming connections."
  4. 2. Check "Use port 80 and 443 for additional incoming connections."
  5. 3. Select "HTTPS" from the dropdown menu.
  6. 4. Put the Host as [127.0.0.1] and the Port as [40031].
  7. 5. Uncheck "Enable Proxy Authentication" if it is checked.
  8. 6. Uncheck "Enable uPnP" if it is checked.
  9. 7. Check "Allow direct connections to your contacts only."
  10. 8. Then press "Save" in the bottom right corner.

  12. Then your going to want to restart your skype (end any Skype.exe programs running with task manager) then for 100% safety I would recommend changing your IP so anyone with your current IP saved won't have your new one.
