Frostlands areas

- Cozio town
there is a lot of snow, and a lot of shovelling. generally nobody has a car around here. some folks might have snowmobiles though. sleds are far more widespread.
there's a lot of log cabins and woodwork. icecicles hang from the rooftops.
great big evergreens can be found everywhere.
the borders are defined by large snowdrifts, piles of snow. there's also log fences in places.

the Coldenview lodge is the largest building in town, and accounts for much of the town's income. tourism is a big deal. cozio is the last stop before the trail on Mt. Colden. there has been talk of raising money to build a ski-lift, but such funds are hard to come by around here. so for now, only the more hardcore mountain climbers tend to go through here. the view from the top (which takes about half a day on foot) is absolutely breathtaking, and many a hiker make resolutions to climb this mountain at least once during their lifetime.

the locals usually make the Cozy Cottage Tavern their preferred hangout. grizzled  worn down folks with a bit of a chip on their shoulders. some of them are tired of the tourists and prefer the old days when cozio was about the logging industry, which has since slowed down as better sources of wood have become more widespread.

at the coldenview lodge, is the Frostlands-famous Double-time soup kitchen. it's known for its quick service and excellent samples of the local cuisine. the cook who runs the place is Athena Diamondback, a temporic who moved here for unknown reasons years ago. Her daughter, Athena Diamondback Jr., is slated to inherit the soup kitchen and take over as head chef upon her retirement. Already she has gained considerable skill in the kitchen, able to replicate everything off the menu. there are rumors however, that despite her known love for cooking,  taking over the family business isn't exactly what she wants...

this road leads straight from cozio to port molnya. A bus travels along this road, but for some reason doesn't quite get all the way to cozio. The remaining amount of the road must be walked on foot.

A port town known for its eclectic markets and bitter cold nights. Has a great selection of fresh caught seafood. try not to wander around after dark, the bars tend to be fraught with danger, and the alleways even more so.
