I just now got banned for 1 month for metioning the user "RULE34FRISKXFLOWEYHE", who got permanently banned. Normally I'd understand my mistake, and let the ban slide, but I wish to appear purely for one reason: I simply want to be in this game during the end of service event. The event, the start of a new era of DFC, is why I came back to this game after nearly a year. I wanted to see all the things that were new, and make new friends, or even find some old ones. And I don't want a ban to stop me from it.

First thing I want to mention, even if I don't get unbanned for this, I would prefer to have the ban length shortened. 30 whole days is simply too long for a non-perma ban. This is something that other online games like Roblox knows well, with their minimum ban time being one singular day, a ban length I would prefer. I know very well that what I did was not right, but I'm special, I can change a lot in one day, and thirty days would be the same results. One day would be better.

Secondly, this may not be a good thing to bring up, but when I said this, others did not raise metaphorical pitchforks at me. I made sure to let poeple know I meant another user's name, and not make them think I'm into NSFW. Those people's reactions were shock and anger that the person had not been banned, which, thank God they were. None of those reactions were against me. Nobody were against me. Those were the people of Grillby's, those who had seen everything before. And in the day that I was here after so long, I had even made friends, who were named LOAY and Aivo. Those friends knew I was innocent and silly, and did not want me banned. I want to see those friends again.

I promise I will not do this again. I respect this game as much as its developers do, and do not want its reputation stained. And I understand if you think I'm still a bad person despite this, that I'm just another bad player with nothing special to their name. But I have friends, people that can be trusted, people who've been with me for so long that they know I'm a kind person. Those people are not on DFC, but they are on Roblox, their usernames being Yeetthegirlsansis, Pinkgirl_7610, Gengarfreind719 [sic], and so many more. Those friends may be quirky and silly, but are absolutely not bad, or into lewd stuff.

There are people out there who know I'm innocent, and I can promise you this will not happen, ever again. Even if you don't lift this ban, the one thing I want is to have it temporarily lifted for the end-of-service event. Things could have gotten worse, as I cut the username off that "RULE34FRISKXFLOWEYHE" instead of finishing it.

Finally, adding on to all this is that I am a first offender, and that I believe i should be offered leeway for this. There's not much else I can put here, but I still feel that it's important.

I am deeply sorry that all this happened. I hope it would be possible to take my word, forgive me for my actions, and unban me. I know it may be weird for me to write an essay for some wish that likely won't come true, but it really would mean this much to be. I am not a bad person, I promise.
