  1. Ragged Eye appears as a man around 24 years of age with lanky hair long enough to cover his eyes and a thick layer of stubble ending in a forked beard. Often seen in a thick layer of ripped clothes and rags which are discarded in locations he's comfortable in, preferring a loose pair of pants and no shirt of shoes. In wolf form he's a large animal with glossy black fur and two distinctive tufts of russet fur running from his forehead and sweeping past his ears.

  3. He roams independently and sleeps under the stars or convinces someone to take him home for a one night stand and a stay in a comfy bed. He's used to staying on the move, although at a relaxed pace enjoying simple pleasures such as cheap beer and complete freedom. He acts like an outlaw, and probably is be so he tries to disguise himself whenever he's forced to deal with anything official. He prefers not to go by name at all if he can help it, describing himself by what he does and what he is.

  5. If there's one thing guaranteed to send him into a rage, and as a werewolf it's never just one thing, it's being captured or restrained. He once made a vow to never be a prisoner. He doesn't like taking direct orders either and his instincts can't override his need for independence. As long as he's not cornered he's very easy going and willing to make rambling conversation with most people. He has an affinity with fellow outcasts and will fight for their freedom if he's in anyway involved.

  7. Ragged Eye's human name was Tintin Rutherford (he's thrown that name way long ago) and as a young kid he was already known for going out and not coming back for days. He was causing minor headaches for the local law too. When the change came to him, he managed to disappear on the run so well that by the time his preoccupied tribe when to look for him the scent was long gone. Somewhere in the forgetful post rage daze a fox spirit taught him the gift to masking his scent, not explaining why it was something he should use, only that he should run and run far. It wasn't a perfect start, and plenty of times he fell into bad situations or caused bad situations for others in his untamed rage.

  9. It was here that he was finally explained the very basics of Garou society and given some formal introduction to interacting with the spirit world with a tribe monkey spirit. Unfortunately by the time his tribe found him and offered to put him through the trials he had grown to love his freedom too much. After a brief stint at a caern and finding himself unable to live under their strict guidance, he packed his things and silently left without a word in the quiet moment just before dawn. The only thing stopping him was a cousin of his who let him pass with only an explanation that abandoning the tribe then would mean being outcast from it forever. The cousin passed on an elf tooth necklace to help get far away before a pack of angry werewolves chased him down and warned that next time they meet it will be as enemies. This encounter isn't something the cousin ever repeated and the tribe think Ragged Eye outright stole the necklace.

  11. Much of the rest of his history has been on the move at his own pace. He's been more careful than ever about travelling undetected and without a trail. It's hard to truly relax not let his guard down, even when lying back and just gazing at the stars. It was during a night like that when a cheetah spirit came to him willing teach him more otherworldly gifts, but it asked for things in return. Long story short, Ragged Eye now tries to free any caged or chained animals he comes across. His movements about the country haven't been entirely random either. If anyone astute had managed to keep track of him, they would notice that although he travels far he keeps returning to a certain point time after time and it's during those moments he's most cautious.
