  1. It's absolutely doable, in fact it's not even really that difficult, but it's not going to be sexy. It can get downright boring and just this side of completely tedious. The good news though is that you should be able to make enough in the fist month to pay for a couple Tokens, and by then you should be able to move on to more interesting gold making methods.

  3. Herbalism is your answer.

  5. You should be able to make enough from Herbalism alone to pay for a token each month, with plenty to spare. Before I started playing the AH I supported myself entirely on my Herbalism income. Just download and install Carbonite or Gathermate2, then download and install the Gathermate2 Data for whichever one you chose. Import the data into the addon and you're off and running.
  6.
  7. If you used Carbonite, right click it's map and select "Show", then select herbs. Then right click the map again and select "Routes", then click "Current Gatherer Location", and it will literally create a route that leads you from node to node, complete with tracking line and waypoint arrow (just like TomTom).

  9. If you went with Gathermate2, you'll need to download and install Routes and QuickRoutes. They'll do pretty much the same thing but they're far more customizable, and therefore more complicated to get started with. There are plenty of videos on YouTube showing you how to set it up though, so you should be fine.

  11. Once you have those installed, they'll make your farming much faster which will increase your productivity. I have a druid with the Legion herb enchant and I can usually clear out a zone in about 15 - 20 minutes. Longer if I get distracted by WQs or Rares. Highmountain and Val'sharah take the longest simply because of the terrain, but they're still not bad.

  13. After that it's just a matter of getting out there and farming. I set aside one day a week to do all of my farming (usually Friday), and I go out and spend a few hours running the different zones over and over.
