Steps:

1. Make an account on block.io, set up two step verification and verify email and everything.

2. Download tor from torproject.org

3. Install tor, update it.

4. Use the Hidden Wiki to determine which site you will use, make an account there. Make sure it's verified on the wiki. (Escrow preferable)

5. Check your deposit address that is connected to your account on whatever site you're using, send your funds there from your wallet.

6. Buy whatever the fuck you want.
