# Do you have any previous experience in Minecraft staff positions or moderation?
#### MCPE because i played that for 3 years and minecraft for almost a year. So the first server is a prison server called ConflictPe. It had around 60 players average and that was alot for a minecraft Pe server. There I learned most of the things that made me a great staff.  I have learned may things from it. One thing is always remember how they treat you in fancy restaurants and treat players that way. Another thing that i learned from that server is that to everyone in real life and on servers is never try to accuse someone of something unless you know for a fact they did it. This goes with IRL situations because when i was little i used to snitch on my brother for things i wasnt sure about and sometimes he didnt even do them. Another server i was staff on was coolfirecity. It was a very small server but it was my first. It had no plug-ins or anything except builds. Well i learned alot from that one too. It helped me with team work in general. Ever since i joined the server i was cooperative with everyone. I been staff in alot of other server but unfortunately i cant remember them all. I have about 8 other servers i was staff on.
