Erkling Revenge option.

Next menu after turning the Erkling into Gwynn:
"Before you head back to camp you make sure to search for Gwynn's old cane, at least you might still get some use out of it. Searching the undergrowth for a minute, you come across the cane.


You place a black ebony cane that once belonged to the Erlking in your pouch.


As you get ready to head back to your camp, you see the once shining antlers of the Erkling still on the ground. Not one to pass up a trophy, you decide to take those home with you as well.


Key item gained: Golden Antlers!"
The last line should be bolded.
Note: All key items gained should get the same prefix across the game, currently almost all of them use/have different wording when not necessary.

Asking for a gift from Gwynn always gives the text, but sometimes when you press next it goes to a new screen and you receive a second item:
>You place a golden rind in your third pouch, giving you 3 of them.
