LUCKY EGG RESOLVER (alphabetical order, then level, then gender):
- Assumes Gyarados is not the lead (KO mon in slot 1 at least, otherwise Intimidate messes things up), Repel is NOT active when starting, and have a Repel in the Bag to properly execute this manip
- Location : Route 209, top patch of grass near Solaceon City, get an encounter as soon as possible IN THE TOP 2 ROWS (not below, otherwise NPCs are still loaded after the first encounter)
- Must have Thief taught BEFORE using the final Honey, and a revived Starly in front
