  1. 1. If you are using a PS2 console, skip this step. If are using the PCSX2 emulator, it is recommended that you use the following build, as earlier versions have glitches which make network setup more difficult: https://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/index.php?m=dl&rev=v1.7.0-dev-471-g99670fde7&platform=windows-x86. You will also need a PS2 bios and the clr_dev9 plugin (https://github.com/TheLastRar/CLR-DEV9). If you installed PCSX2 with default settings, put the Bios files in documents > pcsx2 > bios and clr_dev9 in program files > pcsx2 > plugins.
  2.
  3. 2. If you are using a PS2 console, skip this step. Download winPcap, npcap (https://nmap.org/npcap/), or TAP Adapter ((https://1upsdevelopment.com/console/Sony/ps2/programs/SVDL/Network%20Drivers/TAP%20Driver.zip). Launch PCSX2 and go to config > plugin selector > clr_dev9 (configure). Click the box to enable ethernet then click configure. For connection method, select the option for whichever item you downloaded - winPcap switched (promiscuous), npcap, or TAP. For adapter, select how you are connected to the Internet (WiFi or Ethernet). Intercept dhcp should be unchecked. Click apply on this screen and the component selectors screen.
  4.
  5. Note: If at the end of this guide you are having issues finding a game, try another connection method above (e.g. TAP Adapter).
  6.
  7. 3. Turn on your PS2/PCSX2 emulator and launch either the PS2 Network Disc or a game with the built-in network tool (TimeSplitters 2 (NTSC) or another game listed here: https://ps2onlinegaming.com/viewtopic.php?t=180). If you use a game with the built-in network tool on an older version of PCSX2, your screen may be glitched out. If pressing F9 doesn't fix it, you will need to either get the network disc or use the updated build of PCSX2 linked above.
  8.
  9. 4. Create two network settings files, one with everything set to automatic and the other with a static IP calculated using http://teamxlink.co.uk/ipcalculator/. You will need your MAC address for this, but you should be able to see it while you are setting up the automatic network file. Alternatively, if you are using PCSX2, open CMD and type ipconfig /all. You should now be able to see Physical Address with your MAC address. If you are using PS2, boot up your console without a disc and press triangle when you reach the menu. Your MAC address should be at the bottom of the screen.
  10.
  11. 5. Download Mojo LAN from http://mojolan.online/downloads.html. It may trigger your Antivirus. Select "Run Anyway".
  12.
  13. 6. Open Mojo LAN and register your account. You may need to click the line above username to be able to type one in.
  14.
  15. 7. In Mojo LAN, select options -> client settings and choose your network adapter (Ethernet, TAP, etc.). When you are done, select update and restart Mojo LAN.
  16.
  17. 8. In Mojo LAN, select games -> PS2 -> TimeSplitters 2 or TimeSplitters Future Perfect.
  18.
  19. 9. In Mojo LAN, select status. Make sure an IP address is being assigned. If you have issues, one potential fix is to manually add your MAC address to Mojo LAN. Go to options -> sniffer and enter your MAC address.
  20.
  21. 10. In TimeSplitters 2 or TimeSplitters Future Perfect, go to the LAN menu and search for games. If the automatic network settings don't work, try static. If neither works, restart your computer and try again. If that doesn't work, ask for help on Discord.
