- Phil and Jeanette's Stuffing Recipe in a Muffin Tin
- We do onions, carrots, celery sauteed, I just guestimate the amount!
- 1 box mrs cubbison stuffing (mostly cornbread)
- I boil up some chicken gizzards and livers and use the broth to moisten it
- I also cut them up and add to the stuffing.
- I may also add some pecans, dried cranberry or what ever I have on hand.
- I then bake it in a normal 12 cup size muffin tin till cooked. If I have a small crowd I may do them in a Texas size muffin tin!!
