- +Rick Del __ Howdy. It is known and understood that an inferior system can approximate the scrolling glitch observed. It can mimic it - _sort of_ - but with *mutually exclusive differences.* If hardware alone were the true cause then it would happen in more of "Peekay's" videos. It would be closer to the rule rather than the exception. The scrolling glitch is simply *not* due of "Peekay's" garbage XP system though that does account for some of what we see. For example - a weak system can explain the "video player" appearing for a few frames *before* the browser page itself *but it does not account for the actual scrolling glitch.* So I must insist you answer the question: *what is your explanation for the scrolling glitch?*
