Namekian Dragonballs v2

The Creation of the Magical orbs known as the Dragon Balls could only be properly done on the Planet Namek. Eldiral wanted to maximize the full power of the Dragon by being on his homeworld and being in tune with its energy and magical force. This event would take place on the mount peak where various Elders and Guru's alike where the energy and magic was potent. Another reason behind this was because the energy that was on Earth had been weakened at some point due to signs of another dragon being summoned there. Based on his knowledge of the ritual, it Namek was also a place where he could draw upon a much stronger Dragon.

Eldiral sits in the center of the mountain where he enters a meditative like state allowing him time to access and astral project to the Dragon Realm. His hands extended out in front of him began to develop a golden glow as he began to speak in an ancient dialect that very few could understand. As the ritual began, Namek begins to develop dark clouds that block out the suns on the planet. Eldiral's energy itself also became one with the mixture of energy on the planet as he began to draw it toward the mountain peak. Currently Eldiral using his ability to materialize to create the proper vessel for the Dragon.

Within the Dragon Realm, Eldiral is able to contact the Dragon known as Porunga and draw his attention. In the time that the two came face to face a mental connection was developed as to explain the purpose of him being their. The Power of the dragon would provide a necessary aid to the cause of bringing back those lost to Chill, someone well considered a galactic threat at this point. Eldiral took the initiative by first providing the Dragon his energy to connect to their realm as well as a connection or something similar to a Namekian becoming the counter part to another. One simply cannot exist without the other and once Eldiral ceases to exist so will the vessel that Porunga will be inhabiting.

In this link with the Dragon, Porunga adopts the Namekian dialect/language allowing for it be much more difficult for outsiders of the race to use the Orbs. Furthermore, he gives the Dragon a specific password so that he knows only then that he is being summoned by the right people. "Nogard raeh ym yrc! Porunga ew nommus uoy kaerb nepo eht yks." It perhaps is a corny thing to hear, but it provides full dialect of the Namekian Language to make sure that those who may find out about them may not have immediate access and only those close to the Dragon Consular, Eldiral, can use them.

Finally setting forth the rules and language with the Dragon, Eldiral gathers the magical energy within the planet with a mixture of his own and pulls the dragon from his realm and into the seven magical orbs before him. In the initial summoning of the Porunga onto the planet, he needed to begin with a small usage of his power. Eldiral stared up at the hulking Dragon.

"You have called upon the Eternal Dragon. Speak your wish now, one who has summoned me." Porunga spoke in the Namekian language fluently as his heavy voice echoed across the area. Eldiral was amazed at the appearance of the Dragon alone considering he couldn't see the physical appearance of Porunga in the realm, but he knew this was what a Dragon was suppose to look like, especially one that was super charged.

"Porunga, I wish to bring back those who lost their lives to Chill on the Planet Arconia and return them to the living realm." The two traded their conversation in Namekian and soon Porunga's eyes would glow brightly as he granted the wish. Once completing his task, he would soon return to the Orbs, but unlock their Earth counter part; they would not scatter but turn to stone. With that Eldiral would proceed to create a set of split form to take the large orbs to each village leader to be under their protection.
