For the costume, the steel blue dress uniform jacket (with tails) has a band collar w/o turndown, asymetric front button closure, silver epaulettes with heavy fringe and left aiguillette,
[21:57] <Ai-n> white/silver trim at hem and cuffs. For the pants, denim or slate blue. The thigh strap would be a double leather garter with square metallic buckle if decorative (or thigh strap if she can put daggers/etc there). Navy knee high boots (looks like leather) with a foldover cuff.

She's scared to go into danger like that but she wants to make a difference. It's different from Nadia who just wanted to do something cool but doubted that she was the kind of person who could, if that was a concern.
