  2. >she's so perfect
  3.
  4. >and so beyond you
  5. >realitycheck.jpg
  6.
  7. >she could have her pick of anyone she wanted
  8. >why would she choose you?
  9.
  10. >well that's it, this changes today
  11. >you've noticed she always sits alone at the school steps during lunch
  12.
  13. >as you approach her she notices you
  14. >oh fuck she actually notices you
  15. >wow such pretty eyes
  16.
  17. >"hey there do you mind if sit next to you?"
  18. >you're reply is a less than confident nod as she attempts to retreat behind her hair
  19. >wow this girl is so shy, no wonder she sits alone
  20.
  21. >"my name's anon by the way"
  22. >a moments silence
  23. >shit i made it awkward
  24. >"i'm.. i'm fluttershy"
  25. >"could you repeat that?"
  26. >"fluttershy"
  27.
  28. >wow what a pretty name
  29. >"so fluttershy, why are you sitting out here by yourself?"
  30. >way to drive the story there anon
  31.
  32. >"the other girls make fun of me"
  33. >this is the first you hear of this
  34. >you always thought she would of been so popular
  35.
  36. >"why do they make fun of you?"
  37. >"because i've never been with a guy before"
  38. >those whores and their whoreness
  39. >goddamn them
  40.
  41. >"you know flutters, may i call you flutters?"
  42. >she just blushes profusely and tries to hide further behind her hair
  43. >"i'll take that as a yes, anyway, i was just wondering if you'd... I don't know... want to hang out sometime?"
  44.
  45. >she turns to face you with a small smile
  46. >"i'd like that alot"
  47.
  48. >SUCCESS!
  49. >"great!, umm where should we go?"
  50. >"uh.. how about the arcade?"
  51. >my god, she's into vidya
  52. >wife her, right now, do that shit anon
  53.
  54. >"great, why don't we leave right now?"
  55. >"but that would be playing truant anon"
  56. >"don't worry we won't get caught and if we do i'll take the entire blame"
  57. >"wow that's so nice of you to do that for someone you just met, do you really mean it?"
  58.
  59. >"you have my word as a scholar and a gentleman"
  60. >god damn your so fucking smooth
  61. >"well alright then, i-if your sure"
  62.
  63. >and with that you find yourself walking out of the school grounds towards canter arcade
  64. >not to mention how pleasant this walk is with such a beautiful specimen next to you
  65.
  66. >"uhm anon?"
  67. >"yeah flutters?"
  68. >there she goes blushing again
  69. >so fuckin' kawaii
  70. >"thank you for hanging out with me, I don't really have any friends"
  71. >how lonely was she?
  72. >you lose yourself deep in thought and soon enough you've reached the arcade
  73.
  74. >you open and hold the door for fluttershy
  75. >like a sir
  76. >she has a a huge smile on now and a barely contained blush
  77. >quit it boner
  78. >no.avi
  79.
  80. >once inside she goes running over to animal rescue
  81. >confirmed for love of animals
  82. >you've heard about this game
  83. >you control a brave little robo-hedgehog trying to rescue the other little critters in cyberspace
  84.
  85. >a wild attendant suddenly appears!
  86. >"shouldn't you kids be in school?"
  87. >without a word you slip him a twenty
  88. >he snatches it and runs away like a hungry little street urchin
  89.
  90. >can't believe that always works
  91. >you're so sure you could bribe your way through life
  92. >fluttershy's soft giggling draws your attention
  93. >she's already started playing and talking the animals on screen
  94.
  95. >that's a little fuckin' weird
  96. >"hey flutters what're you doing?"
  97. >"oh, n-nothing just talking to my friends"
  98. >wat
  99. >"talking to your friends?"
  100. >"sometimes i like to talk to the little animals i save and pretend they thank me for rescuing them"
  101.
  102. >"have you ever helped a real animal?"
  103. >"y-yes i help out at the local shelter"
  104. >"well that's nice"
  105. >"y-yeah"
  106. >she's still acting hella shy but she seems more comfortable now
  107.
  108. >and so you watch her keep playing and laughing along to the game
  109. >eventually she managed to reach a game over and decided to move onto the next game
  110. >some dancing related thing, you don't know
  111. >the name was all japanese and shit
  112.
  113. >of course you weren't going to pass up the chance to impress fluttershy
  114. >"okay anon, you ready?"
  115. >she's chosen what sounds like a solid techno tune
  116. >"alright anon, Show Me Yo Moves!"
  117. >fluttershy starts dancing
  118. >god fucking damn she can dance
  119.
  120. >but as fate would have it, so can you
  121. >you both get to stepping in time and lose yourself to the beats
  122. >song after song you dance one trying to outscore the other
  123. >in the end though a draw was decided
  124.
  125. >"wow, you're really good at that game anon"
  126. >"so are you"
  127. >both of you are breathless
  128. >what a workout that was
  129.
  130. >you come up from catching your breath and walk over to the snack bar to get a drink for you and fluttershy
  131. >you pay for the drinks and peek a quick look at the clock
  132. >well shit school ended a couple of hours ago
  133. >should of realized when that wave of kids came in
  134. >may aswell walk flutters home
  135.
  136. >you get back over to flutters who seems a little bit panicky all of a sudden
  137. >"anon, it's starting to get dark could you please walk me home?"
  138. >"but of course, what sort of scholar and gentleman would i be if i let a young lady walk the streets at this hour unnattended?"
  139. >you've established by now that she likes this way of speaking, as do you actually. Refined, classy and downright sexy goddamnit!
  140. >ain't nothing classier than treating a lady with respect
  141. >you both turn towards the doors and start to leave
  142. >before you stop and ask her
  143.
  144. >"hey flutters where do you live?"
  145. >"down pegasus street"
  146. >oh fuck she lives in a really bad part of town
  147. >no wonder she didn't want to walk alone
  148. >bad shit happens there.
  149.
  150. >as you walk down the lonesome streets, you can really feel the cool air of dusk set in
  151. >you had given flutters your school hoodie to wear
  152. >goddamn it's cold out here, but you strengthen your resolve and march on
  153. >hoping fluttershy doesn't notice and feel bad about having the only source of warmth
  154. >but then without notice fluttershy hugs tight to your arm
  155.
  156. >this feels amazing, a different sort of warmth then what you've ever felt before
  157. >"you looked so cold anon, you poor dear"
  158. >you're not gonna complain with a pretty face on your arm
  159.
  160. >you make small talk all the way across town, it wasn't all that far really, thank god you don't live in a city
  161. >when you finally reach the corner into pegasus street, you gently pull flutters in a little closer
  162. >better safe than sorry right?
  163. >riiiiight
  164.
  165. >everything is really quiet down here
  166. >even the cars back on the main stretch have become near silent
  167. >and then it starts, the urban decay
  168. >old buildings, smashed up buildings and yards full off rusted out cars
  169. >this is bat country!
  170.
  171. >but as you near the end of this street you see a quaint little house covered in flowers and a small garden out the front
  172. >your sure there is something poetic about a place like this and it's location
  173. >it's such a well kept little building
  174. >a far cry to it's surrounding environs
  175. >walking through the gate confirms this is fluttershy's house
  176.
  177. >she spins on the spot at the door to face you
  178. >"u-u-uhh anon i want to thank you for today, i h-had so much fun"
  179. >she's going all shy again? but you made so much progress!
  180.
  181. >before you know it fluttershy leans across and plants a soft kiss on your cheek before ducking inside with a huge smile on her face
  182. >you blink a few times, with your hand resting on your cheek and your own grin forming
  183. >tou take your leave and head back the way you came, with a little added spring in your step
  184. >about half-way up the street you could of sworn you heard yelling coming from the direction of fluttershy's place
  185.
  186. >"i must be hearing things"
  187. >is the most thought you give it
  188. >perhaps you should be getting home as well
  189.
  190. >the corner is in sight and soon you'll be back out into the well lit part of town
  191. >that is until you hear something and see three figures cross the road towards you
  192. >"not today"
  193. >you break into a run and make it out into the light
  194.
  195. >laughing to yourself about being the one that got away
  196. >the rest of the trip home is an unadventful one
  197. >once you reach home and get to bed sleep comes quickly
  198.
  199. >dawn of the next day
  200. >24hoursremain.jpg
  201. >you wake up to the sound of of an alarm clock
  202.
  203. >proceed to break clock
  204. >why the fuck did you set it so early?
  205. >ah well, shower, breakfast and out of there before anyone else even wakes up
  206. >proceed to school, nothing else to do this early
  207.
  208. >decide on sitting around out in the parking lot
  209. >goddamn there's nothing to do
  210. >mental note, sleep longer
  211. >you cut your thoughts short when you see fluttershy walk in
  212.
  213. >what's that on her arm?
  214. >"hey flutters over here"
  215. >she looks over to the source of the sound
  216. >she quickly wipes her eyes and pulls down the sleeve a bit
  217. >what was that?
  218.
  219. >speaking of which she still had your hoodie
  220. >"oh g-goodmorning anon"
  221. >"goodmorning flutters"
  222. >she smiles slightly
  223.
  224. >you could get lost in those eyes forever
  225. >however you remember you need to ask her something
  226. >"hey flutters, if you don't mind me asking, what was that thing i saw on your arm?"
  227. >you watch her gasp and lightly hold her right arm, internally debating wether or not she should pull up the sleeve
  228.
  229. >how bad could this possibly be?
  230. >she pulls her sleeve up revealing tons of cigarette burns all over her forearm
  231. >what. the . fuck.
  232.
  233. >"i-i got punished last night for getting in so late"
  234. >fucking what?
  235. >"oh but it wasn't your fault anon, i should've paid attention to the time"
  236. >your still blue screened
  237. >Anon.exe has crashed
  238. >what kind of parent would do this?
  239.
  240. >"flutters, i..."
  241. >"really it's okay"
  242. >she has tears forming in her eyes
  243. >"i-i understand if you don't want to hang out anymore a-anon"
  244. >she looks llike she's about to start crying
  245. >you pull her into a hug
  246.
  247. >this is the best you could do right now
  248. >she starts bawling into your shoulder
  249. >she hugs back, carefully not putting pressure on the arm covered in burns
  250.
  251. >after what felt like an eternity, you finally break the hug
  252. >how is it that a girl you've just met yesterday has you so emotionally invested already?
  253. >"anon? can we get out of here?"
  254. >"why?"
  255. >"I want to show you something"
  256.
  257. >"now who's playing traunt, eh flutters?"
  258. >"it-it's nothing like that anon, school hasn't technically started yet"
  259. >small blush and smile graces her features
  260. >thank god you didn't have a heart attack
  261.
  262. >"alright lead on fluttershy"
  263. >she takes your hand and starts to walk towards town
  264. >this walk is a silent kind, no words are needed
  265. >and it doesn't take to long before you're staring at a small building
  266.
  267. >"what is this place?"
  268. >"it's an animal shelter anon, they take in all the little critters that don't have a home"
  269. >looking at the building you do notice a fence out back
  270. >"shall w-we go inside anon?"
  271. >"yeah"
  272.
  273. >stepping through the door into a plain room you watch fluttershy approach the front desk and ring the bell
  274. >with a loud *ting!* from the bell a young woman pokes her head through the door in back
  275. >"oh hey fluttershy, come to help out again?"
  276. >flutters only nods her head and goes around the front desk and through the door
  277. >before promptly coming back through
  278. >"come on anon"
  279. >"right behind you flutters"
  280.
  281. >through the door you're greeted to a small nursery like room with large windows that look upon a huge yard
  282. >this looks very... uh sheltery?
  283. >you've never been to an animal shelter before
  284.
  285. >a couple of hours later you've been shown the ropes on animal handling and consider yourself a natural pro
  286. >fluttershy wears a big grin as you play with all the animals in the yard
  287. >"what's got you looking so happy flutters?"
  288. >this caught her attention
  289. >"it's just so cute that you get along with all the little critters"
  290.
  291. >"yeah they're great, thanks for showing me this place flutters"
  292. >she giggles a little
  293. >"i'd love to stay but maybe we should get going anon"
  294. >"why?"
  295. >"school finished over an hour ago"
