Jacks: All trainees said "Ja" when they were asked if they know the
jacks and so there was no need to explain them. Grammar jacks went good,
one trainee was a bit slow. Jumping jacks were very good too, one trainee
refused to do them at first but the host made him do jacks anyway. Hell
jacks were almost forgotten. HJs went good aswell.
Faces: Trainees knew faces. Faces went very good.
Formations: Trainees studied the formations area. Formations went good.
March: Marching rules explained. Marched to the formations area.
Obby(short): Obby rules were explained. Most of the trainees had no
problems doing the obby.
Obby(long): New obstacles were explained. Trainees had some problems
during the wall and poles.
Progression: Explained, copypasted, a bit too fast.
Side notes: Host knows how to assert control. Host almost forgot hell
jacks. Is strict enough. All trainees were cadets. The host has to be
more creative. The host is trying to help his trainees.
