PBBC RESTRUCTURING

Dear all Members and Associates of PBBC Global,

The restructuring of PBBC has begun in the beginning of the second quarter of the fiscal year following an internal top leader struggle, then power consolidation. First and foremost, the creation of the Ministry Quadfecta of Power. The ministry is responsible for the day to day operations of PBBC such as networking, social connections, mass media marketing, bad behavior shaming, and many other ethos that PBBC truely believes in.

Secondly is the creation of the Head of State, which is a very important position considered part of the crutial "Two key system*". The Head of State also deals with the day to day operations directly with PBBC Global and also works side by side with the Commander In Chief and the top ranks. The current and first Head of State is Killswitch.

PBBC would also like to welcome it's second member into PBBC International: Neka

Neka is officially titled First Matey of the European PBBC Union. A key member in the european union, he has brought forth recognition for PBBC in the London Underground community.

Notes: 1. The two key system is a PBBC ethos as old as the organization which states TWO members of PBBC must have a seperate red key to decide on the self-destruct and major events regarding PBBC.
