- [00:10] Lailah shook with fear. This had been the first time in her youthful life that she'd felt an immense fear enough to freeze her legs where she stood. With Sanu's head snapping in her general direction and the rock crumbling apart from his forces, the child reeled back instinctively.
- No magics were produced from Lailah. She knew nothing, and her circuits weren't trained under anything specific. Nothing at all. She only had the protection of the other two present to defend her in this case, therefore, making this 'kidnapping' a difficult feat for Sanu would.. potentially be easy if she'd been by herself!
- Pandora stepped before her to block the Undead's path from Lailah. The waves of the Ultovex's intense fires still produced beads of sweat from where she stood, worse from where the Neries was. The Elisheva's emerald hues snap towards Felix who suggested making the ordeal difficult..
- Which she considered, and contemplated wholly. Slowly, with a shaking posture, her notebook is put away and her rucksack straps slide back up her shoulders for it to sit along her back.
- "I.. I don't want to go to Dawn.. I'm not allowed here," She utters would with a shaken voice. "A-And.. I don't want to die.. at all!" Lailah's voice raises in Sanu's direction, eyes placing upon the undead's form.
- "I'm not allowed to go there anyways." She adds in. It was in that moment that Felix's raw magic of occult was noticed with her eyes glancing again towards him, more attention paid to detail of his person if only briefly until they settle back to Sanu to continue.
- "I'm not going with you..! I'm going home!"
- And with those final words, she'd attempt to escape, or fight her way out despite having no magical abilities to do so.
- Lailah was adamant on making this difficult.
- (Lailah Elisheva)

- [00:25] "They're Dawn's caves." He turns his body to the Tval child. So many children here, weak and vulnerable.
- "She will not die but be brought to the proper light, freedom will be given and she may pursue whatever she desires." He was almost robotic like when it came to trying to be diplomatic, he wasn't risen for this..
- And now he turns back to the neries who so boldly stood in his way, the fire very overwhelming and Sanu would make that fire worse for him.
- "I wont let silly religions stop the task at hand, this is important. If you stop me consider yourself a traitor!" He reaches for the neries to push him away from the girl, if he let him he'd find the nyeshk gauntlets singing his skin and earthly protection.
- But as quick as he was to dismiss the boy in front of him the girl was rather quick to try and make a departure. She turned away and as quick as Sanu could he'd shoot a fireball in front of her to blow up, the force hopefully causing her to get knocked back.
- "Don't think of Lord Ultovex as such a monster, he's given me a purpose, a chance to do better, to seek what I desire. He will gift that upon you as well." That was probably his most 'convincing' speech yet. He stares to her, not addressing his surroundings anymore, the undead was locked on seizing the girl.
- (Sanu Ultovex)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [00:32] "What a pick heapin' load of babline shit."
- Felix scoffed behind the mask and looked over his shoulder to Aku. "Sors' dog is tryin' to say Ultovex gave him freedom. WweeeeWWEE if that ain't actually such another big fat lie. Guess it's not like an rottin' piece of meat like that can really think for itself anyways though, hrehehe..."
- "Sors ain't scared of tellin' the truth, and that's cause he can kick anyone's ass who tries to say otherwise. His mutt here's just slingin' flippy flops so you'll go with him. Or maybe he just says those things so he can sleep at night. Don't really care either ways."
- Felix twirled Mikael's staff in a lazy circle and then let out half of a breath. "So what's the gameplan, Aku? We helpin' the rotter catch the girl or are we gonna help her escape? I'm also game to sit on my ass and watch how this plays out.
- Your call, friendo."
- (Felix Tval)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [00:35] Another day all on his own, another day to grow strong. Aku's endless pursuit of the impossible had brought him in many places, though the situation he stumbled upon right then and there wasn't one most people would appreciate. The young redhead, however, seemed to be grinning from ear to ear as chaos quickly overtook the caves.
- He barely even recognized Felix with the mask he wore - moving up to the green-haired one's side before he spoke.
- "Who do you think should come out of here hurt?"
- He wasn't too sure of his childhood friend followed the same mindset Dawn likely held towards him. If such was the case he'd likely end up picking a fight with the younger lad, if not? They may just fight at eachother's side like they had years back.
- Of course he didn't expect an answer to come so swiftly. If that guy was under Sors, then... sending a message to Clara through him was possible! The caves began rumbling, as if something was being destroyed in the mountains above, over and over.
- "I don't care about those guys, but I gotta send Clara a message and that guy probably can get it there."
- A pause came. The crashing sounds ceased.
- ".. Watching them lose sounds fuckin' funny, though."
- (Aku)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [00:48] As it would be, the Neries faith did have little sway and it only spoke of ideal in these dangerous lands. That was a given, Pandora knew this much but still, he wanted to at least talk to the undead before 'action' could be taken. Stilll action presents itself.
- Silver hues flicker to the undead's heat covered hand, squinting a bit as he reaches for his heavy hammer, the weight of the weapon's metal would be sent down on the man's hand, shifting the man's balance and evidently tripping him. Pandora intantaneously clicking the heel of his boot, would errupt a pillar of rock to smack the downward falling man. It'd do little to no samage but slow him down slightly.
- A quick glance back at the girl, he'd voice his words.
- "I'll hold them off...Run!" he'd say, swirling energies beginning to form about his being as he held his hammer tightly.
- Because of the tenents, because of a change to do what he 'should' and not what he wanted, he entered a situation with no compromise. He'd groan, but gets ready for a fight if the need be. He was already on this train and he'd ride it to the finish no matter the cost.
- (Pandora)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [00:52] While eyes had been on her in particular, Pandora was adamant on assisting Lailah to escape, therefore while he attempts to slow down the Undead from pursuing her, she turns around to dart away, despite how slow the little girl is.
- (Lailah Elisheva)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [00:53] Felix cackles and takes off, his water torrents propelling him somewhat forward so that he can keep up...
- (Felix Tval)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [00:54] Aku practically walks to keep up with the rest of the group.
- (Aku)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [00:54] He opens his palm to shoot a fireball at the girl, hopefully knocking her back, pushing asie Pandora to pursue the girl. Would he make it?
- (Sanu Ultovex)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [01:00] A sturdy push from the undead would send the Neries flying to a side, his gaze flickers upwards with a quick reaction. He'd witness the fireballl being sent flying, errupting into a pillar of flames to halt the girl's escape. The other two present making their pursue.
- "Shit..." he said, getting up to his feet, chasing them down in attempts to keep up. Could he?!
- (Pandora)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [01:05] "C'mon Aku, we gotta pick quick." Felix shouted as he landed across the stony floors of the caves. His water puddled around his feet and the Tval popped his neck. "I suppose we could flip a coin or somethin'."
- Felix swung his staff into both of his hands and wriggled his fingers along the handle. "Or maybe eenie meenie minie mo? No that'll take too long."
- "Coin flip it is."
- (Felix Tval)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [01:08] Aku watched the coin being flipped in the air. What a perfectly chaotic and horrible way to pick how fate would go in this cave! A nod was offered to the Tval.
- "So, so? What did the coin say?"
- (Aku)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [01:09] Felix Tval asks, "Not gonna flip your own?"
- [01:09] Aku says, "Nah."
- [01:09] Felix nods and then shoots a large beam of water at Sanu.
- (Felix Tval)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [01:16] Death, for an Undead, meant being brought back into a proper light. That was an unsettling definition for the child that churned her stomach, making her feel sick.
- The fires of the Undead flared up, blazing the atmosphere in the caverns in order to force Pandora out of the way, but that didn't seem to work, and Lailah stepped back once again to get away from the heat.
- That was her intention at first, until she was signaled to run away from them all while the Neries would stand guard to fight for her safety, yet when she turned on her heel to dart away, the Elisheva was met with a blast of fire that singed some of her hair and had been enough to burn the child's visage and knock her back roughly against the hard floor of the cave.
- She yelped from the fiery attack as tears welled up in her eyes from the burning sensation across her face.
- For her, there was no way to fix that in this present ordeal. She'd be forced to fight if the others weren't adamant on assisting for her freedom, but due to her lack of magical abilities, well.. All she'd be doing is running around the field to avoid his plethora of attacks.
- And with how her running away at first ended? It was unlikely she'd get far, or manage to get away.
- In panic while hyperventilating a bit, the shaken child rose from the ground in some stance as if she were willing to attack and fight, but truthfully she was waiting for his next move and pondering how he'd work at it in order to dodge it all. There was no calming herself down here. Either they were going to help, or watch the young angel burn in the Undead's fiery assault and potential capture.
- 'Please, let me get out of this somehow..' She thought to herself as tears trickled down her red, burned face.
- (Lailah Elisheva)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [01:29] Oh how the pain he inflicted on her made him feel not so sad, it gave him that power that false sense of power that quite frankly he couldn't find, the tears and hyperventilating was music to him, he could show no joy however but that grief was temporarily halted.
- His corrupted nethradin eye's fire blazed brighter as did the ignis aura around him. He prepared and took the ifrit stance quick, almost like instinct, his nyeshk gauntlets clenched and he walks closer to the rising girl, ready to grab her by the head with his scalding hot metal until a blast of water caught him off guard and knocks him away, the singe of occult on his body, he didn't feel the pain though but the force was enough to make him stumble back far.
- "Damn you!" And now his anger was rising, he turns to Felix and stares at that mask.. so familiar. "I'll remember your looks, rat!" He then sees Pandora approaching, to make sure the girl couldn't escape while they fought he'd shoot flames all around them, a large flaming wall trapping them all.
- "Neries and umbertarn magi! This is a decision and choice you'll regret!"
- And with that he charged at them all.
- (Sanu Ultovex)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [01:34] It would've been a mistake for Felix to believe that Aku wouldn't take the occasion to bring some chaos into everyone's lives. With the die cast on the Tval's part now it was time for the redhead to make his own decision. His right hand rose up above his head - celestial energies gathering up at this fingertip.
- His left hand, in the meantime, reached into his pocket to pull out a coin and flip it.
- His right hand moved down, meteor right on its course to hit...
- Felix.
- oh no.
- (Aku)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [01:40] He had caught up, unexpectantly so, giving in much more effort than he should. By now, on any other day before his talk with Chronelius, Pandora would be ignoring this and staying away like it was the plague, maybe stick around to draw the whole event. Desperate times...
- "Looks like...I'm not too late..." he remarked, slowly walking up to what was to be their battlefield. Fire now blasting in every direction, Pandora's eyes would then begin to squint, the undead adamant about not letting the girl escape and with his own exit blocked, his escape was also not guanteed.
- In the end, a fight would be the only outcome and only strengthening the truth he realized not too long ago, that every man, woman and child on this island had a ugly side that they hide behind pretty words and promises of better. Sanu was no exception, earlier interactions would be proof enough.
- "Looks like...I'm getting that fight..." he started, groaning loudly as he grasped his hammer tightly. A tool for creating now used for self preservation.
- (Pandora)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [01:44] ** Aku has inflicted an injury upon Lailah Elisheva. ("Permanent Injury", "Permanent Injury", "Permanent", "Severity: MODERATE (-10 Vit)") **
- [01:44] ** Aku has inflicted an injury upon Pandora. ("Temporary Injury", "Temporary Injury", "Temporary", "Duration: Medium (4 days)") **
- [02:02] It was very one sided truthfully, Sanu was reckless with his fires, shooting it all over the place, burning all he could and relishing in the pain he inflicted on them all.
- Even Aku might find some of his fires 'accidentality' hitting him.
- His main target was the neries and the girl though, a traitor and a helpless child. "You've sealed your fate neries, a traitor like many others!" He hissed out, throwing punches and trying to grab the neries, as he swings his hammer he bashes into the head of the hammer with his gauntlet to parry it hard, his other hand reaches to grab Pandora and singing his skin, burning the flesh and melting the stone protections on his arm before throwing him back to chase the girl.
- However as he chased the girl he found Felix to be a much bigger problem..
- "Familiar masked child, burn!" He didn't care much to speak, he just threatened and charge, the occultic water shot at him, his fires vaporize the water but the occult corruption kept going, stopping him momentarily but the kitsune shifts his feet, with a combination of wind and fire magic he explodes magic under his feet to grab Felix midair and throwing him to the ground, slamming him hard.
- He had shot himself too far though, landing on the other side of the cave and with the explosive magic at play the ceiling collapsed over him, letting them escape, he couldn't pursue but.. he got his sadistic need fulfilled, he felt better about himself, not feeling so much of a failure despite failing to capture them.
- And with that he turns away to Dawn, not caring about anything else but making the report.
- (Sanu Ultovex)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [02:05] An unfair fight.
- The coins that was flipped turned what could have been a defeat on the undead's end and perhaps even his eternal damnation into a complete and utter stomp. The young redhead's cosmic energies were only growing stronger and brighter with every passing moment - as brief as the battle was.
- In the midst of it all the young Neries would be caught by a rising wall of crystals, cutting through his legs and drawing blood from them mercilessly. The very impact of the sharp shards was not to be trifled with.
- Felix would have his own load of issues to deal with with Sanu taking him on. Thankfully enough Aku wouldn't have to explain his actions to his friend; he would understand.
- Lailah on the other hand was in the worst possible spot. The non-fighting child was definitely in the wrong spot at the wrong time. The rumbling coming from up above eventually pierced through. Part of the cave's ceiling collapsed under the weight of a meteor shower, giving a glance up towards the heavens.
- Aku caught the helpless girl with his right hand, hoisting her off the ground and above his head. The moon shed light upon her weak form as the redhead's grin grew wider and wider. The best kind of message to send at a time like this was the one the boy himself praised.
- "Let me help you see freedom."
- His left hand jutted forth, thumb pressing up against the Elisheva's forehead. Celestial energies burned into her skin as the teenager's veil seemed to burn as bright as the blood dripping from her form. The mark he would burn into her forehead was nothing special: A dot that few would even notice. What laid beyond the dot was far scarier, however. Aku left a bit of his own cosmic gift into it, creating a bridge between her mind and the maddening moon far above. The oath the boy had taken long ago and its results would become visible to Lailah in mere moments.
- Everyone else in the area would be blind to it, but the child would notice the mark of Belial upon Aku's forehead - the third eye that indicated his association with the sealed god. Terrifying.
- "Power... is freedom. Follow no one. Be yourself. Live."
- Whether or not the young eighth angel would be cleansed before Belial's influence reached her or not was up to fate, now.
- (Aku)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [02:08] Felix felt the meteor coming before it actually hit him.
- And he couldn't help but grin.
- His water beam had smashed into Sanu but the meteor sent the young Tval toppling across the rocky floor. It was only after that initial hit that he realized he was once more in way over his head. But the coin flip had decided he would be on the losing side, and who was he to argue against the dice?
- "Shoulda told me you were gonna flip one!" he called out to Aku as he brought up a volley of rings from the cavern's lake and sent them spiraling around the undead. "But this is fun too!" Fire ignited all around him and forced him into cosmic riddled zones across the battlefield.
- Felix barely had time to cast a single spell while he was launched this way and that by concentrated missiles of fire and star rain. He did his best to stan his feet, butan overcharge of energy magic caused him to waver and trip over himself. His circuits burst out while he fired out a large blast of blue light that completely missed Sanu by a mile. "Oops." he said as the undead bore down upon him.
- "Don't worry about remembering my looks. I'm sure your brain worms will remind you of 'em." Felix continued taunting Sanu, even as he was pushed farther and farther away from his 'allies' with each heated wave of pyromancy. Anise's mask did well to hide his facial features, however, and even if he almost always wore it, his physical appearance was hidden to Sanu for now.
- Still the undead had him caught in a quick burst and slammed the young Tval into the ground below. It would definitely hurt later, but fortunately the quaking ade the ceiling tumbledown.
- "You should both know that this is the day you almost got your ass kicked by Fel--"
- Felix had back stepped to dodge the falling rocks, and it made Felix feel as though he was back on top ready to burst through the fallen rubble to continue fighting, but that pride only lasted for a second before he realized there was no more ground beneath him. The boy plummeted down into the cavern's lake while explosions shook the area, and instead of resurfacing to face the music, he simply let himself sink to the bottom.
- Maybe they would think he had drowned.
- "Phooey." was all he had to say about that.
- (Felix Tval)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [02:25] "Damn...Damn...Damn..."
- This was all he could say, the odds well against the trio? A third fighting with them? The mask wearing individual from earlier fighting along side them but how long will this pan out? The fight had now been initaited with a burst of fire and cimson inferno, magics flying each and everywhere.
- Pandora, regretably and honestly being overwhelmed by it all, not sure where to run and what to avoid, Sanu reaching for him with heated mits, Pandora fliching, quickly swung his hammer with as much force as he could but he'd see each being parried effortlessly. Silver hues blinkign repeatedly as he was being driven back. A latch on, Sanu finally grabbing hold of the Neries youth, heat melting his protective armour of earth. If not for the Annulment, he would be burned. At the very least there was that going for him.
- Tossed aside, he'd fail to realize that the undead was still after the girl, so was the others, his eyes widened mid-flight at the realization. Pan would only end up going thud into a wall of crystals, slashing his legs rather violently. He grits his teeth as white blood seeps out of the wound, running over the cave's ground.
- "....!?"
- A silent scream, unable to even vocalize his pain before he was bombarded by the Cosmic. If it weren't for Felix, interfering with the assailant's advance, but even he wouldn't last long enough to halt them. Lailah was now cornered by the two and her capture was eminent. The Neries had no way to help, except by...! His silver hues flicker to the cave's walls, his hammer raised as they had deemed the youth a minor thread. With the attacks flying everywhere, Pandora's observant eye would notice the cave's stability weakening. A swing of his hammer would be the final hit to the nail in the coffin, causing the cave's roof to crumbleand fall, some falling on Sanu, some faaling inbetween Aku and the Elisheva girl.
- "Damn..." he'd remark, struggling to his feet, the pain rushing through his entire being, but he persisted, pushing through it all while biting his lip. One pain canceling the other was the though, though this barely worked, it was enough. He'd limp over to the girl, grabbing her arm and motioning to the exit.
- "We gotta go!" he exclaimed with a energetic outburst. Perhaps it was the adrenaline and the pain causing his brain to go on overdrive but they'd make their escape, what to happen to Felix after this, he did not know but- He was greatful for the help at the very least. Would he escape as well?
- (Pandora)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [02:32] The battle had most definitely been one sided. The young Elisheva ran throughout the entirety of the field to dodge the overwhelming cosmic and fiery assaults by both Aku and Sanu. Left, right, back, forth, she ran in every possible direction to avoid their harmful magics which managed to bleed her regardless, littering her skin with plenty of bruises, burns, and cuts.
- The cavern ceiling, which divided them from what created the rumbling outside and above their heads, caved in, closing away the opened pathway that Lailah aimed to dart away through. Because of that misfortunate happening, Aku was able to grab the bloodied child, hoisting her above his head towards the Moon that sat within the heavens above.
- By now, the hyperventilating and helpless little girl squirmed, trying to push the man off of her or find any means of escape however she could.
- Instead, a marking was engraved into her forehead by celestial energies that crafted a bridge between her mind and Belial's maddening embrace. A small circle was created that she'd be able to view should others possess it themselves.
- With the brief glance she managed to gain at viewing his face in detail, a similar mark was noticed on his own forehead. From that curse, her eyes swiftly drift to his own to stare into them. Lailah's own sclera had been a faint red from crying, as was her face a darker red from Sanu's fiery attack which stopped the Elisheva in the first place.
- The young girl managed to slip away from the man, however, to escape out of the caverns whilst avoiding anymore obstacles in her path. The damage inflicted on the other two were completely disregarded. In a situation such as this, survival was her priority. Selfish or not, she hadn't the power to assist them here, therefore she ran away from the scenario.
- (Lailah Elisheva)
