When I've transcribed character dialogue, I've put a brief description of their expression along with it, so that if you're lost it might help you find the right line. The character dialogue has less workings-out since it's generally pretty easy stuff, but I've included notes if there was anything in particular that stood out.

マサキ・アンドー = Masaki Andoh [Note that despite being a Japanese name, Original Generations pilots usually have their names given in western order when written in full, so Masaki is his given name. My guess as to why is that it's a stylistic choice inherited from Gundam during SRW2's development.]
チュッチイ・ノールバック = Tyutti Noorbuck [Akurasu uses 'Tytti', which might be an actual Finnish name but is not supported by the katakana, which is very clearly written as チュ/tyu.]

[the nuance with 'atsumete' is that there were a lot of scrapped attempts, I think, but I'm not sure how to work that into the English.]

Masaki (neutral): 俺が．．．．．．安藤正樹.||Ore ga......Andoh Masaki.||I'm... ... Andoh Masaki. [He introduces himself in kanji even though his name is written in katakana. Basically, he's trying to sound cool.]
Tyutti (surprise): アンドーマサキ？変な名前ね。中国の人？||Andohmasaki? Hen na namae ne. Chuugoku no hito?||Andohmasaki? That's a strange name. Are you from China? [She doesn't pick up where the gap in his name is and runs it all together as a result.]
Masaki (yelling): 違う！　マサキ・アンドー！日本人だ！！んで、ここはどこなんだよ？||Chigau! MASAKI ANDOH! Nihonjinda!! Nde, koko wa doko nanda yo?||WRONG! Masaki Andoh! I'm Japanese! Now then, where exactly is this?
Tyutti (neutral): 地球の裏側の空洞に存在する世界．．．．．．ラ・ギアスよ||Chikyuu no uragawa no kuudou ni sonzai suru sekai... LA GIAS yo.||The world that exists in the hollow of Earth's reverse side... La Gias. ['Reverse side' is clunky in English but I left it in because it's a specific phrase, and there's nuance to it that means 'hidden', 'secret', or even - ironically - 'underground', in the criminal sense.]
Masaki (yelling): ラ・ギアス．．．．．．？地球の空洞うって．．．．．．大昔のSFじゃねぇんだ、そんあウソでごまかされるか！！||LA GIAS......? chikyuu no kuudou tte... ououmukashi no SF ja ne nda, sonna USO de gomakasareruka!! ||LA GIAS......? A giant cavern inside Earth...... this isn't ancient Sci-Fi, who the hell would fall for that kind of LIE!! ['uso' is written in katakana to emphasize it. He's pretty tilted.]
Tyutti (neutral): ウソじゃないわ。||USO ja nai wa.||It's not a lie.
Masaki (smug): ヘっ、何考えてんだか知らねっけどよ地球に空洞なんであるわけねっだろうが！！||Heh, nanikangae tendaka chisakkedoyo chikyuu ni kuudou nande aruwake ne ddarouga!!||Heh, I don't know what you're thinking but I'm not stupid enough to believe that there's a giant cavern inside the Earth!!
Masaki (smug): ウソつくんなら、もっとましなウソをつきな！||USO tsukunnara, motto mashi na USO wo tsukina!||If you're going to tell a lie, you should come up with a better lie than that!
Tyutti (frustrated): ．．．．．．仕方ないわね、納得してもらうには、あなた自身の目で確かめてもらうしかなさそうね。||......shikatanai wa ne, nattoku shite morau ni wa, anata jishin no me de tashikamete morau shika na sa sou ne.||...... it can't be helped. There's probably no way to get you to agree without having you confirm it with your own eyes.
Tyutti (cheerful): ついてきて。いいものを見せてあげる。||Tsuitekite. ii mono wo misete ageru.||Follow me. I'll show you something good.

(Camera does a lap of La Gias, demonstrating that they are in fact on the inside of a sphere, SMT3-style.)

Tyutti (neutral): どう？　これを見ても、私の言っている事がウソだっていえる？||Dou? Kore wo mitemo, watashi no itteiru ji ga USO datteieru?||So? Now that you've seen this, do you think I was telling the truth or lying?
Masaki (shocked): 何なんだ、この世界は．．．．．．まるでバールの内側みてっじゃねっか||Nani nanda, kono sekai wa... marude BALL no uragawa mite jjanekka||What the hell is with this world... it's like I'm looking at the inside of a ball, isn't it?
Tyutti (neutral): だから、そう言ったでしょう||Dakara, sou itta deshou?||That's what I told you, isn't it?
Masaki (surprised): ．．．．．．て事はアレか？　もしかしてここは、剣と魔法の世界で、俺は、この世界を救うために召喚された勇者とか？||......de koto wa ARE ka? moshikashite koko wa, ken to mahou no sekai de, ore wa, kono sekai wo kyuu tameni shoukan sareta yuusha to ka?||...... then what's going on? Could it this is a world of swords and sorcery and I've been summoned to this world as a hero to save it?
Tyutti (surprise): あら、なかなか鋭い所をついてるわね～||ara, nakanaka surudoi toko wo tsuiteru wa ne~||Oh my, you certainly came straight to the point~
Masaki (shocked): げっ、安直な展開||Geh, anchyoku na tenkai||Ugh, what a cheap plot twist.
Tyutti (surprise): え？　そうなの？　もしかして、日本でしょっちゅうそういう事が起こっているの？||E? Sou na no? Moshikashite, nihon de syocchyuuruu iu koto ga okotteiru no?||Eh? Is that so? But wasn't Japan the source of that sort of thing?
Masaki (thoughtful): いや、別にそういうわけじゃねっけど．．．．．．||iya, betsuni sou iu wake ja nakkedo......||No, that's not really what I mean...
Tyutti (neutral): とにかく、事情を詳しく説明してあげるわ。事の起こりは、一つの予言から始まったの||Tonikaku, jijou wo kuyashiku setsumei shita ageru wa. Koto no okori wa, hitotsu no yogen kara hajimatta no||Anyway, let me give you a more detailed explanation of the situation. You can trace it back to a single prediction; that's where it all started.
Masaki (smug): 予言？　ウソくせーな||Yogen? USO kusei na||Prediction? Smells like bullshit. [Literally 'smells of lies']
Tyutti (serious): 黙って聞いて。ここでの予言は地上のそれとは違うんだから。その予言によると．．．．．．||Damatte kiite. Kokode no yogen wa chijou no soreto wa chigau ndakara. Sono yogen ni yoru to...||Be quiet and listen. 'Prediction' means something different here than in Upper Earth. That prediction was based on...

Masaki (surprised): 何だ！？||Nani da!?||What was that!?
Tyutti (shocked): 何かあったのかしら||Nani ka atta no kashira||I wonder what could have happened?

Tyutti (surprised): あら、コールだわ。もしもし、はい、チュッチイです。．．．．．．はい、えっ！？そうですか、わかりました||Ara, CALL da wa. Moshimoshi, hai, Tyutti desu. ...... hai, eeh!? Soudesuka, wakarimashita||Oh my, a call. Hello, this is Tyutti. Yes, eeh!? I see, I understand.
Tyutti (serious): ごめんあさい、ちょっと事件らしいの。すぐ戻るから、ここで待っていて頂戴ね||Gomenasai, chotto jiken rashii no. Sugu modorukara, kokode matteite chodai ne.||I'm sorry, a small thing has come up. I'll be back soon, so stay right here and wait for me, please.
Masaki (surprised): あ、おい！？　．．．．．．なになんだ？||A,oi!? ...... nani nanda?||A-ah, hey!? ...... what was all that about?
Masaki (neutral): ...

(another explosion, screen shakes)

Masaki (shocked): どわっ！？な、何だ？何か起こってやがんだ！？||Dowaah!? Na, nanida? Nani ka okotte yaganda!?||Uwaah! Wh, what? Did that come from nearby!?
Masaki (neutral): ...
Masaki (thoughtful) またかよ？　くそぅ、ここにいたなじゃ、ワケがわかんねっぜ。ちょいと外の様子でも見に行くか？||Matakayo? Kusou, kokoni itanaja, wakewakannezze. Choito soto no yousu demo mi ni ikuka?||Again? Damnit, in here I don't have any clue what's going on. Should I take a quick look at what's going on outside?

[SRW Alpha did this as well, but otherwise it's pretty unique to the Masouki games - the choice you get here influences the stage, the starting levels of several characters, and Masaki's stats a little bit (1 point in two stats depending on your choice).]
