- To set up confirmation (submission response) pages: Edit desired form > Settings > Confirmation Settings
- For every form that needs to have a response email and a response page the content is needed for both the email and the page.

Forms

- Application: Done

- Alumni Success Survey: Done except one of the services that the "Career Services Office" offers starts with "Credential Fi" and I can't figure out what it is because it is cut off. Need to know what the rest of that phrase is.

- Worship and Arts Symposium: Done except for currency part.

- Deposit: We have your instructions on what to query the database for, but after that, what should appear on the form? We aren't able to see what elements come into play after the SSN is entered because we have no SSN to use to progress forward on your existing form.

- Individual Visit/Explore BC: We don't know what Explore BC is, but admissions wants the visit form to have smart form functionality based off of it being either an individual visit, or explore BC. Right now the visit form is just for an individual visit, as that is the only form we have information on from your existing site.

- Gender Inclusive Housing: Done except the signature part. An electronic signature through a checkbox may be something you would want to look into, but I don't know the legal aspects behind it. I'm sure there would need to be a carefully worded wall of text with it.
