  1. Ok so since we could not make any recap on our "meeting" because it was shutdown suddenly cause we started over yelling each other and I second Bjorn for Closing it, I had it over my had too. I just want to know that if I offended anyone I really did not want to.
  2. Once again sorry for Crypto Xpose for calling you a liar, I did not clearly hear what you said so I made wrong reaction. Sorry again.
  3.
  4. I will make some draw lines what happened on meeting:
  5.
  6. First of all, I need to make a disclaimer that Nikola Korbar and I were only discussing our personal opinions on topics. We were not representing Onecoin company nor Onelife.
  7. We made our personal opinions on topic, the same as the other side did.
  8.
  9. 1) Ok we all were aware that this meeting will not lead to anything new. You have your opinions, you seem to really believe in them. Although I strongly disagree with 95% of it
  10.
  11. 2) First let's start from the founder. Your only two arguments agains dr Ruja was:
  12.
  13. a) German casting factory. In 2009 that company was insolvent. Workers faced job loss. She bought that factory in 2010 with her father. Factory started to work. Workers were saved.
  14. There is article about that: http://bit.ly/ruja-saves-gusswerk
  15. But in 2012 business was not so good any more so she wanted to move machines to Bulgaria where salaries were lower. Since Germany did not let that happen, she sold that factory. New owner put it to insolvency stating he did not know current state of foundry and flied. So now workers sue Ruja and demand some payment and state she made her own company insolvent intentionally. Here is article of that: http://bit.ly/ruja-sells-gusswerk
  16. *So, here, you think she is convicted criminal, I see she tried to save business, it failed. You are not scam if your business failed.
  17.
  18. b) She was consultant or treasurer of Bigcoin. If Bigcoin failed, that does not mean it is a scam. Also she did not have any executive part there, it was not her project. She was more like a consultant. You think Bigcoin was scam, Sebastian who was major part of it was not in jail for scam. Since Ruja still has him as global distributer I guess she trusts him but this time, Onecoin is her project.
  19.
  20. 3) A lot of Onelife leaders were mentioned. You seem to misunderstood some of them. I did not see any top leaders publicly promise any profit out of coins. Focus is on selling educations, they bring tokens with split strategies that are energy to mine coins. If any Onelife IMA is misleading people to buy education by promising them high profit then he is working against Company rules that are clearly stated and accepted by IMA upon sign up.
  21. You bash company because there are some IMAs that made promises. Most of them were cut off, Italy even made ban for Onelife because of such people. India arrests were made to such people. Maybe company should be responsible for cutting down bad IMAs but you seem to assign bad IMAs guilt to company as it is also promising high cash returns.
  22. Every mlm system has its bad people that bring damage to company. That does not make whole company scam.
  23.
  24. 4) Investigations. If many people report to police about alledged scam they are obligated to investigate. Onecoin is two and a half years old now, it had some investigations since 2015 and NO investigation was concluded against the company. Some investigations remained opened some were closed. I must disclose that we could not get any reopened investigation info from Swedish police when we called them so no idea how did you get that info but ok, if it is true, it is still investigation, let it become verdict, then it becomes bad for company. Until then, it is not bad.
  25.
  26. 5) Central bank warnings. They are also not bad things as they are represented and also wrongfully attributed only to Onecoin, but many warnings also mention Bitcoin. Warning is essentially statement for people to be careful, digital currencies are risky and are not backed up by government and should they lose money government will not be insurance.
  27. This is normal Government behavior and is nothing bad for Onecoin.
  28.
  29. 6) Transparency. This is huge problem and foundation of your arguments is incomplete screen of transaction in back office. That page is no where named "explorer" also official response from support is that Onecoin is not public so they are not obligated to show all transactions. While that is true, you totally disagree with it and being decentralized public blockchain enthusiasts that is normal. Your only concern is that you can not see all the transactions, like everyone else's transactions. I never got answer why is that so important to see everybody else's transactions. It is due to not understanding private network where company can apply permissions so users can see only their own transactions. And we can see all our onecoin transactions in back office. While "seeing all transactions" is so important to decentralized enthusiasts, kyc does not concern you at all so you admitted that decentralized cryptocurrencies can be fraud where ever they want where centralized cryptocurrencies are making honeypots by collecting users information dispite their Legal conditions found on bottom of page?
  30. I say kyc is important so no one can use onecoins to evade tax, use it for drugs or terrorist funding or extortions because they can be tracked all the way in blockchain directly.
  31.
  32. 7) There were some ignorant claims that cash account balance is deleted beyond 30 days where that is not true, it is not shown to user beyond 30 days for security reasons, just like in banks, but every user can write to support to ask for whole cash account list. I have tried it and it is true. Here is proof: http://d.pr/i/T7FFi7 and http://d.pr/i/ZVHkK
  33. There was also claim that coins can not be moved from wallet to wallet. Then how did you guys tried to see transactions in back office? By sending coins to one wallet to other. So it works. There are some limitations of sending coins to upline and downline only just so you do not send someone too much coins and sell them "under table" for lower price. This is beauty of centralized system, they can protect users and prevent abuse.
  34.
  35. 8) It is totally clear that you claim that cryptocurrency can only be decentralized. Yet it is nothing more than digital currency based on cryptography to protect data that are stored in blockchain. Ripple is also mentioned as cryptocurrency yet it is centralized. Time of centralized digital currencies is coming. It is only question, who will have most users, merchants and be most usable. Point of currency if to be able to exchange for goods and services, not just to be traded for other cryptocurrencies or fiat where speculators and making bubble and artificially inflate price, sell some coins, and then deflate bubble and buy coins back on low price. Most manipulation is done by mining altcoins and trade them to bitcoin which affects bitcoin price. That is all possible because no body regulates decentralized market. I say governments do not like that. I think they will like centralized solutions more. Time will tell. For example take a look at bitcoins daily trade pairs: http://d.pr/i/jz7rKB vast majority is just trading altcoins into bitcoin and inflating its price so more cash can be taken on sale at fiat pair.
  36. Take this altcoin daily volume for example: http://d.pr/i/I7DN4I Only one fiat pair and it is only half million out of 273million daily trading value and this altcoin has 427million cap?
  37. All altcoins act the same, they have market cap based on mining and demand, and they transfer that work to bitcoin price via trading. The same is done in Onecoin. People mine coins by submitting tokens into mining pool owned by company, they use it on dealshaker, and who knows what awaits. Double standards guys.
  38.
  39. 9) Germany, Italy, India, even now Belize cases:
  40.
  41. ***Germany did demand cease and desist for Onelife. It is because Onelife used IMS Company services as payment gateway to collect payments for Onelife products all over Europe and transfer it to company account in home country. Since IMS did not have license for money remittance, it got demand to cease and desist, and Onelife and Onecoin along with it. That is not final verdict cause it can be disputed and company stated that legal resources are being addressed to this issue. It can be solved, it is not forever ban in Germany as you think and this case has anything to do with Onecoin being ponzi/pyramid/scam or whatever you assume.
  42.
  43. ***Italy case is also clear and unfortunate. Italy banned Onelife business because three top leaders were practicing pyramid sales using Onecoin and being Onelife IMAs. They seem to had worked against company rules and since that was the whole structure, company Onelife removed Italy from new registrations. That was not ban because Onelife or Onecoin was scam itself, it was (as stated on original document) "precautionary suspension". Seems like this is related to Onelife IMAs in Italy working against company rules since they were one of only two countries where such case happened.
  44.
  45. *** Second case of bad IMAs was India. They did make some arrests but there is not enough info about what really happened. Seems like some IMAs made promises that coin will grow to large amounts and everybody will get rich fast. That is working against company rules and in addition of India being country with large scam history, probably paranoia took its act. Again, nothing to do with Company being scam.
  46.
  47. *** Belize case is yet to be clarified. In they warning, they state Onelife Ltd has no license for trading but Onelife does not do trading at all. MLM network makes promotion of Onelife products, mostly education. Maybe they confused Dealshaker as trading but dealshaker is advertising platform that does not do trading, rather connects seller and buyer. This is yet to be clarified but for now, Onelife need to cease and desist trading which it does not do anyway.
  48.
  49. 10) Double standards by Bjorn. He stated he is OK with Bitcoin being able to be involved in illegal activities because of its wallet to wallet anonymity and that is because it is decentralized. There is no company anyone could charge for and yet he says it is bad for onecoin being "illegal" for reasons known only to him and his friends, although that is only his opinion. I wish him luck proving that on court because until we see a verdict, anything he says is just his assumption.
  50.
  51. 11) Japanese Ashenshia alledged call to Bjorn. More inconsistencies. There is screenshot of some Feb 2017 blog where Bjorn says he was offered by onecoin to change SQL server to blockchain. You can see he clarifies that Ashenshia recruiter was non technical and he described system that looked like MS SQL. And that is all his assumption. Bellow on comments: http://bit.ly/bjornsqlblog Yet on call he said he wrote those comments "under pressure cause everyone asked him". Not buying. He just fixes his story over time.
  52. His profession among others is to change SQL into blockchains for companies as he says. But his issue is he strongly believes cryptocurrency can only be decentralized so it can not be ran on centralized sql server. My point is that bitcoin and altcoins are not future. They are full of speculations and governments have hard time regulating them. Time will proove that centralized cryptocurrencies will come. Also, they found a statement from ex onelife leader that was not up to the task because he had to defend company and he mentioned in his statement that onecoin has blockchain on sql. First of all, no Onelife IMA does not know anything about blockchain. But when Bjorn hears something that suits him, he does not even question it. Although this man being ex onelife IMA could easily be arranged to say that. And after that statement Bjorn all of the sudden laughs and says it is impossible to have a blockchain on sql: http://bit.ly/bjornlaughssql
  53. It turns out that it is possible to have blockchain on sql but Bjorn is solid that you can not have cryptocurrency on centralized system but my opinion is that he does not get to decide. Banks will move to blockchain and cryptocurrency and they will be centralized. Ripple is legit and centralized. Governments will more likely give license to centralized systems.
  54. His argument that it is bad for money to be centralized is that company can turn off servers. Although that is true, I don't think that will ever happen, but what is stopping any one else to copy software and run on other servers.
  55.
  56. 12) Some people that entered onecoin are scammers?. Much talk has been done on frank rickets, sebastian greenwood as being scammers. If they are scammers why are they not in jail. If they had failed businesses they do not need to be scam. People fail and get up. Your issue is that they failed, people lost money and they got rich, or you think so. I am pretty sure all those people who "lost" money are in Onecoin now. I personally know a guy from Conligus. They were all granted education packs form dr Ruja. I say that is good. But no talk was done in meeting about people "above" ruja as Bjorn stated on this video: http://bit.ly/bjornsql
  57.
  58. 13) While I wrote this comment, I mentioned Bjorn but I no longer need to do that, I can delete him but I lost time writing previous points so I will live it just to have even more proof of his lies. 14 hours prior to this meeting, I wrote to Ashensia asking if they offered Bjorn a job. I just got response from Nigel saying "Absolutely not true"
  59. Proof screenshots from Gmail: https://d.pr/p4XEV https://d.pr/BIuVyH
  60. Although I knew this because Company already made official response that they never contacted Bjorn and they even sent him warning from lawyer, he continues.
  61. I received this response after meeting but it will see its sunshine wide enough.
  62.
  63. 14) I kinda had more respect for Tim but he disappointed me on meeting... He did not say anything new, he does not seem to be focused on talk, he did not listen all that we talk about carefully or he did not care. He just waved papers that he printed and those were actually only some other failed businesses that onecoin will share faith with according to his "third eye". Dear Tim, you are the only guy left to push this story. Jen is smart not to some to meeting because she is not even sure in your claims, she was probably victim, but not by Onecoin, rather by bad upline. It can happen. Ruja is well aware of that too, it is being dealt with. Just like all the glitches.
  64.
  65. 15) Bjorn showed us screenshot of block from Oct 17. 2016. whos output showd 129 billion coins. They say if there was a blockchain there could be no error, but bitcoin had the same glitch back in 2010 and they fixed it: http://bit.ly/bitcoin-VOI
  66. So seems like block chain can have incident. But this is not important for Onecoin blockchain cause this current second generation is actually made for current stage of private mining / dealshaker work. For public use we need to anchor to public blockchain and store merkle root there so everyone trusts company will not change blocks and that is ready too.
  67.
  68. 16) We come to our white paper that no one even mentioned. We only discussed about current blockchain that they are so sure does don't exist but with so invalid evidence. Although onecoin does have one, cause it makes no logic and sense for multibillion company not to have blockchain that can be made by any developer, they did buy next generation blockchain that will be API and anchor ready with unlimited scalability to suit Onecoin for public mass market use. We know Bjorn tried to use this fact that white paper was made for future software as proof that onecoin has no current blockchain. I do not know what to say for that really. New software is provided by dxmarkets.com
  69.
  70. Conclusion. You guys are inconsistent, assume wrong un important things to be of relevance, link unimportant people and failed businesses to this Company. Believe in some twisted facts, and use proof based on lies.
  71. We will sure help company with further legal actions cause this is really not OK, and we will certainly help educate Onelife members on how to debunk your arguments.
