  1. Step 1: Make sure you've got the email for the PSN accounts that's banned.
  2. Step 2: Call Sony on this number: 1300 365 911 (AU)
  3. Step 3. When you're given the option with the keypad to different support lines for sony choose 2, then choose 1 on the next one.
  4. Step 4: When you're put through to a support representative make sure you're patient and you explain everything in detail. Example: "Hey, I'm ringing up about one of my PSN accounts being banned, I'd like to find out more information on the ban and see the length of the ban that was implemented" the member will then ask for the email of the PSN account that's currently banned once you've given him this information you'll then move onto Sony verification process were you will be asked a numerous amount of questions about the account details such as: D.O.B, Address:
  5. Step 5: Now, when you're asked for your date of birth say the correct day and month, but choose the year 1996-2000 to provide them with the fact you're under the age of 18. Explanation: When you sign up to the Sony Network you're agreeing that you're over the age of 18 and you shall abide the rules/terms etc. The member will mention that you've failed the verification process and a permanent ban will be implemented on your account. Now don't stress!
  6. Things we have achieved so far:
  7. Overwritten your previous ban reason and your ban will now be because of under age.
  8.
  9. Step 6: Ring up Sony again and choose option, 2,1 on the dial pad, when you're put through explain that your account has been banned for being under the age of 18. The member will then ask for your email explaining to you that your parent will have to be the new owner of the account, and your parent/guardian will have to have a photocopy (Photograph) of identity. After all of this has been complete within 24-48 hours the ban will be lifted.
