if it is mafia, this is gamesolved. if town, extra clear and final mafia is in 2 players
if vig is killed by mafia (both vig claims die), lynch kevin, then lynch the two not clears (town has one mislynch remaining)
if vig is not killed by mafia, lynch another not clear, vig kills kevin, and the final not clear is lynched the next day
