― hanyu is often loud and the moodmaker among a group. he's loud and shameless, often earning the title as ‘the resident crackhead’ among his friends simply because he's naturally such a drama queen and a meme. hanyu takes pride in his sensitivity and kindness, where he's easily the one that can sense when one feels upset and goes to comfort said person before things get worse. however, hanyu himself is very much emotional and can genuinely cry for days when upset or carry on a silent treatment for weeks if you anger him. call him dedicated but hanyu takes his emotions very seriously.

hanyu enjoys seeing the smiles on others faces, especially when he's the reason for their happiness so hanyu does go to great extents to brighten up a mood, which often comes naturally seeing that hanyu is extremely good at talking and simply letting loose. he's a social butterfly that has a pure energy that draws you to him. he never seems to run out of energy and can often be seen jumping around

a teacher's pet and the resident sweetheart of his previous school, he's quite the well-behaved boy who doesn't stray off the 'right' path and is relatively mature for his age. hanyu is often soft-spoken and soft-hearted, one that can't help but to try to help out when he sees that someone else is having a hard time and yet, he doesn't think much when he considers his decisions since hanyu can often be the impulsive and naive type that falls for stuff easily.

..⃗. BACKGROUND
― before all of the chaos when everything was still peaceful in life and hanyu lived the life of what he would say was one of an ‘average person’, hanyu was an all-around student, the resident sweetheart of his school that absolutely anyone and everyone adored because of his charming and alluring personality. he excelled in studies and sports and knew just about everyone when he walked through the hallway and was one people could say was ‘the life of the party’, except hanyu would never head to one without someone else's influence

did he enjoy making his parents proud? of course, seeing those satisfied smiles and feeling those pats on the back was always enough to make him feel as if he was doing the right thing. but did hanyu enjoy the process of making his parents proud? not necessarily. he was managing his mood swings as a teenager along with his studies and social life and there were the nights where hanyu would just try to silently cry his stress out. and because of this, even if everyone knew who hanyu was and were rather friendly with him, no one was really close to him. there was barely anyone for hanyu to rant or cry to, except one sole girl whom he seemed to relate to. they were popular, sure, but didn't have someone for them to fully rely on and therefore started relying on each other. it seemed as though those two were good for each other though. and together, they headed to their first party in a while.

nothing illegal or wild really happened in that particular party because while it was quite a loud one involving lots of students, the school was prestigious with students that held good records. no one had the guts to do anything dangerous, other than hanyu's sole friend who had been the only one to drink. nothing that hanyu said could stop her and in the end, it seemed as though hanyu was intoxicated, though not from a pure drug or alcohol, but from the drug that was her words that convinced him into getting him into bed with her to 'take care of her', though hanyu doesn't quite remember the whole bed incident.

hanyu's sole friend had no memory of that night and had only questioned what had happened after several morning sickness and realization of weight gain. hearing hanyu's part of the story, decided to simply keep the developing child as they had thought it would be a pity to lose a soul. as her belly swelled, it became obvious of what had happened and gossip spread all the way to social media. and when hanyu's parents had heard of the story, they decided that they couldn't have someone like hanyu taint their family name with his actions and disowned him.

hanyu had later lost contact with his parents and that one sole friend of his who was lucky not to get kicked out and get some support from people around her, unlike hanyu. he moved all the way to france with his grandmother, who had been the only one who didn't blame hanyu for what he did. staying away from the korean media and studying in france for nine months, hanyu had suddenly gotten a phone call from the girl he lost all contact with unintentionally, stating that their child was born and that she left him with hanyu’s parents (apparently not knowing of the broken relationship), and later told hanyu of her move to america to start a new life there. respecting her decision and not wanting to leave his child with the people that kicked hanyu out, he had decided to face his parents and take his child without looking back. and hanyu did just that.

however, contrary to hanyu's own expectations of what would happen when he returned to south korea, while hanyu was on his way back to the airport, he was approached by an agent, who had scouted him to join the company. with some pondering of his future and life decisions, hanyu had later agreed to do an audition and later passed it (to hanyu’s surprise because he had literally just sang the national anthem and danced to baby shark)

      the boy because while he's heard of 86400’s story

      another, he doubted the story the public knew
      was fully true

      he knows he went through a lot to get to where he
      was now and the fact that he has to grow up so
      fast - just like hanyu himself

      hanyu had heard of his story and had mixed
      thoughts of the boy due to hanyu's own story with
      drinking but decided to not approach the boy
      because according to what he had heard from the
      untrustable yet his only source, korean media,
      hanyu had thought that the boy was rather
      rebellious

      had thought the boy was aloof and quiet. hanyu
      did make an effort to try to approach the boy
      even if his attempts were to no avail. when he
      found the kid smoking however, hanyu distanced
      himself from the boy

      dangerous and impulsive. hanyu saw what his
      classmates posted and had decided to keep
      himself away from the boy because hanyu had
      never liked bullies and thought they were
      horrible human beings in general

      kid and wanted to protect him from all of the
      horrors and bitter part of the world, simply
      because of the boy’s young age and couldn't
      understand why he wasn't close to anyone

     hanyu often tries to be a pillar for original to
     lean on and makes sure the older male is
     comfortable with him so as to be someone the other
     could come to as a source of support. hanyu would
     try to help him with his worries and make sure
     he isn't neglecting his health, sleep or
     increasing his stress

     hanyu would listen to all of the boy’s ideas and
     think of ways to improve them as someone who
     has great creativity as well. since hanyu can
     relate to being kicked out of his own home, he
     would often listen to his worries and try to give
     advice whenever he can as well

     the two would have grown rather close due to
     hanyu tutoring 86400 when he found out the other
     had to postpone his education. through their
     little study sessions together, they would have
     lots of opportunities to understand one another
     and had grown particularly close when hanyu sees
     that 86400 adores his son almost as much as he did
     and decided that no bad person could love his son

     hanyu understands that fifty fifty is going
     through a lot and had to grow up fast, just like
     hanyu did, though they had different
     circumstances. still, hanyu would check up with
     and talk to fifty fifty a lot to ensure the boy
     was okay with all the burden fifty fifty has on
     his shoulders. tries to help out
     with the money situation as well because while
     hanyu was disowned, he still has a large amount
     of money in his bank account

     if incomplete is funny as a drunk, hanyu would
     often laugh at his antics though if he was
     violent, hanyu would try to calm the other. hanyu
     speaks to incomplete a lot about the dangers that
     could happen from drinking too much alcohol and
     often tricks him into drinking more water rather
     than alcohol. is often one incomplete can come to
     to have fun as someone lighthearted and carefree
     but makes sure it doesn't go too far

     while hanyu does nag at him about the dangers of
     smoking too much (his luNGS), he doesn't do so
     often to become annoying and let the boy have a
     reason to be rebellious and instead, hides the
     cigarette packs. he knows the other wouldn't
     approach him in the first place so hanyu would
     often speak to the younger boy and have little
     carefree conversations (also reminding the boy to
     brush his teeth often)

     hanyu would probably make fly me to the moon
     say something nice to every person he meets
     everyday to let the influence get into his head as
     well. hanyu understands that the boy doesn't mean
     to think badly of others so he wouldn't take the
     other seriously if he said something bad about
     hanyu and if the boy slips up with hanyu around,
     hanyu would often be the one to catch his mistake
     and change his words to become something nice

     hanyu still thinks of the boy as a baby and takes
     a lot of care for the boy since neither have
     siblings and cares for ice & fire like a brother.
     he would catch ice & fire’s little anger outbursts
     and take the boy to some other room to calm him
     down and make a little joke to cheer the other boy
     up in case he feels bad for his aggression.
     teaches the boy to be a little more patient every
     day to prevent his outbursts from getting any
     worse

  ― 86400 ; they were the ones that had quickly found
     an opportunity to bond with another and took it,
     using their study sessions as a time to understand
     and learn more about one another as well. when
     hanyu had seen 86400 act like an uncle towards
     his son, hanyu had already trusted the boy, who
     later became the person, hanyu came to to talk
     about his insecurities and problems. meanwhile,
     86400 could have started getting closer and more
     comfortable with hanyu when he realised that
     hanyu didn’t exactly believe in the whole
     accusation of him sexually assaulting the female
     idol
