- [15:26:40] The blade stood in a reverse grip, lightning magic around his other hand. Ralic took pain quite well, due to Haise's intensive training with it. This probably wouldn't give the human the upper hand, but it was always nice to feel like he did.
- Seeing as the Yokai did not stand down, the child charged, swinging everything he could at the bastard.
- (Ralic Byrhad)
- [15:28:22] {combat} The Nameless Yokai has been defeated by Ralic Byrhad! They're unable to continue fighting.
- [15:30:56] She lowers herself into a defensive stance, she was most likely out of her league. The good thing is that if she got its attention maybe Ralic could escape. She waits for the creature to start moving towards her before charging at it. She would do her best to fight back with her strength. She would use what little her holy magic could do. It was not very strong and would most likely only tickle the creature.
- (Vareline Larencia)
- [15:30:56] The news that people were well aware of where she had been heading forced the kaor to grit his teeth. If they didn't return at all, it would be problematic, though he definitely couldn't just let them walk away. His resolve was iron clad, and as the woman drew her sword and raised it, the yokai's hands became enshrouded by intense flames. The time for talk was over, she'd been unforunate enough to find them, and she had to pay the price for her folly. It was curiousity that killed the cat, after all.
- Though before she had the chance to make the first move, he chose to. His right arm was raised across his chest and violently arced in front of himself, unleashing a massive wave of flames that not only forced the water in the swamp to evaporate into steam, but blackened the earth beneath, and incinerated anything that was in it's way.
- (A'ten)
- [15:30:56] Ralic had managed to kick the Yokai off! Now with this distance, a single bolt of lightning struck the child. Suddenly, he vanished from the Lesser's sight.
- If the Yokai was smelling, the scent of a human was behind it. This human was already giving the yokai a nasty stab to the torso.
- (Ralic Byrhad)
- [15:31:47] {combat} Vareline Larencia has been defeated by A'ten! They're unable to continue fighting.
- [15:32:38] Wel, that was a long rant.
- A very long rant. Perhaps much longer then one would have meant to have but it was a rant none the less. Eventually however the long long rant would come to the end, Fehler ending the flailing of their arms and their loud pitched voice speaking, looking around to see if their speech and rant had effect anyone. It appeared not, as everyone instead had finished listening to them some time ago and the child would instead look at several fights going on around them.
- ".. I thought something like this might happen." They would say with a sigh, going to a bush to watch the large amount of battles going on.
- (Fehler Oshibka)
- [15:36:03] The smell of the yokai came a bit too late, it hissed in confusion as the blade of Ralic swiftly stabbed into it's torso. Agony..agony seized it. The pain it felt had arisen swiftly, once the tip of the blade pierced it. Hissing in rage, it pulled itself away from the blade being imbedded within it's torso, as it let out an agonized filled hiss. Thick blood dripping from the insertion point within it's chest and back.
- It ignored the twinges of pain it felt. Hunger drove it forward, the ideal thought of growth motivated it to recklessly attack once more. Even if it's vision was swarming, it ignored the sensation, letting out another hiss. As it once more attempted to knock the boy to the ground. Trying to bite into his form.
- (The Nameless Yokai)
- [15:37:45] {combat} The Nameless Yokai has been defeated by Ralic Byrhad! They're unable to continue fighting.
- [15:38:36] As the flames rolled over the battlefield, his adversary had unfortunately for them, been caught in their midst. Their heat could have easily melted the flesh from the bones of a human, but perhaps due to their drakanite heritage and magi status, they were spared from an extremely untimely demise, in a less than painless manner. However that did mean that their fight was prolonged, and the quite apparently overwhelmed young woman never seemed to fully recover from the shock of his initial blow.
- The beast's assaut continued relentlessly, draining the life energy itself from Vareline's body as a thin stream of whispy green energy darted from out of her chest into his right palm, and from his left, a combination of blasts with both fiery and occult magic pummeled her left and right. It was not long before she was forced to her knees and the imposing figure loomed over he ominously. However one might expect him to bare a grin of twisted delight, this was not the case. His expression was as cold and ruthless as stone, dutiful and incompassionate to the plight of his adversary.
- "You never should have come to this part of the woods...."
- (A'ten)
- [15:42:01] She kneeled on the ground as she panted, the pain of the fire and the creatures magic getting to her. She looks at Ralic in the backround for a moment before her eyes returned to the creature. She hears the creature's comment "h-heh... there is a lot of things in my life I shouldnt have done... "
- She couldnt give up. She had trained her whole life to try and protect the ones she cared about. The one time it was necessary though she was being easily outclassed. She did her best to hold herself up and attempt to fight the large creature one more time, A fire in her eyes as she was staring at the giant creature. Her armor having had most of the cloth completely burned off and her blade seemed a little shakey from the pain.
- (Vareline Larencia)
- [15:42:52] {combat} Vareline Larencia has been defeated by A'ten! They're unable to continue fighting.
- [15:44:35] The battle was finished. Lightning eventually struck the Lesser, downing it as soon as it struck. Unfortunately, Haise had explicitly stated that they needed this thing. So, Ralic headed towards A'ten
- Anger was clear in his eyes, yet the child spoke calmly. "Get... Away... From... Her..." He was serious. Almost as if this was the one thing he was meant to do. The few scratches the Lesser had dealt were bleeding, but Ralic forced himself to not tend to them just yet.
- "Please."
- (Ralic Byrhad)
- [15:46:17] While all these events carried on, Haise simply sat silenlty to the side in his earthen throne, reading his book about light magic..He witnessed the overwhelming power of the Kaor yokai, A'ten and the little squall between Ralic and the lesser yokai. Haise wasn't in the slightest pleased with this, at all...The news of Ralic's attempted escape only awoken a quiet rage within his form..This rage would be kindled with the unfortunate new that people were aware of where Ralic's supposed mother had been heading..
- Action obviously had to be taken in this very moment, or Haise's plans, along with the location of the refugee camp would be at great risk of being found out...He waited for the Kaor's fight with the women to quell before announcing his presence.."It seems that someone has betrayed my trust..." A very calm way of saying but nonetheless, a quiet rage could be heard in his voice...The young harukean would then stand from his throne, closing his book and begin to walk into the scene...
- (Haise H.)
- [15:56:32] Ralic was stopped by Haise. This sudden appearance came as a shock to the Human. "Betray your trust? I just got up and tried to take a walk. I wasn't going to go out of Fehler's sight. If I did, well, what was there for me to do?"
- The child stood there, staring at the Harukean. Ralic's eyes shifting between Haise and the Yokai.
- (Ralic Byrhad)
- [15:57:23] Lightning surged along it's frame, having charred it's yellow looking flesh. Agonized noises emerged from the throat of the lesser, as it hissed. Pain awashing it's senses, alighting it to the sensation of it's nerves feeling as if they had been a-lit in fire being burned. The sensation drew a warbleds noise from it's maw, which stretched open, pained suffering emitting from it's throat as a result.
- The wound it had been given oozed more blood as it hissed, weakly struggling to raise to it's feet, dragging itself upright, as streaks of puerple adorned his frame, dripping from the insertion point created by Ralic inserting the blade into his chest.
- As it fully stood, it let out an aggreived hiss, hacking slightly, as blood dribbled from it's monstrous lips. Hissing, it hissed even more in pain, weakly stumbling towards Fehler, letting out a hateful hiss in his direction. Before stumbling, and falling to it's knees. Hunger still arisen within it's being. Even after all it had undergone
- (The Nameless Yokai)
- [15:59:05] Much the same as before, the intense occult energy of the kaor, doubled with flames that rivaled Ryujin's breath, Vareline could do little more than attempt to dodge the monstruous demon's wrathul assault. The fight was ended quite swiftly, with the Kaor coming out on top, his drakanite foe laying face down in the earth before him once more. With the threat over, he took his time in his approach, pondering what he should do with the woman, given the fact that he knew people were going to come looking for her, should she not return.
- As he continued to mull it over in his mind, the enormous demon snatched her up from off of the ground in a single claw and held them in front of his face, quite tightly, barely loose enough for them to take shallow breaths. A curory glance was cast over his shoulder toward the boy she'd saught to rescue from the vicious assault of a lesser yokai, but it was swiftly turned back to the drakanite. If the two of them were not to return, there would be a more prepared search party sent out, rather than a lone warrior. His decision was made.
- A thin smile crossed the demon's face as he muttered, "I am going to show you mercy today...I will not end your life...I'll even let you have the boy back...For a price...You will neither speak of this to anyone, or guide anyone here to strike us down, though you will live..."
- With their 'mother' still clutched within his hand, he made his way over toward where the lesser yokai and Ralic had been fighting, and in front of the boy, he would raise his free hand up in front of the woman's face. As he glanced down toward the boy he muttered, "This wont be a pretty sight. Though it should horrify you into silence."
- Semi graphic material ahead. Long story short, blinded and silenced unless nobody interveines.
- Though if noone were to stop him, the tips of two of his fingers would be plunged deep into the woman's eyes and ripped out, carrying them with his talon's exit as if he were snatching olives from a jar, then flicked away carelessly before he would force their mouth open and slice out their tongue, only to be discarded in the same fashion. If anyone was going to stop him, they'd better do it quickly.
- (A'ten)
- [16:07:37] Fehler would have been sitting near the back of the camp, simply watching all that was going on with several battles and then the appearance of Haise. The yokai vs. Ralic battle seemed to have come to an end, the lesser beaten down quite savagely and almost broken looking. It came towards Fehler and hissed at them, reminding them yet again of the unfriendliness between the two. least it had yet to come to blows.
- Aside from that there was also Haise who was currently with the black haired boy. Looks like they were going to get some kind of punishment for the attempted flee, hopefully nothng too harsh. Despite Fehler having been somewhat growing up in this tribe the child was still quite the stranger to violence, death and blood. Due to this they were a little less mature then most would be. Still they would watch Haise and Ralic, though only for a moment.
- The main thing that they saw however, would be A'ten coming closer to the woman's eyelids. The child bit their lips, not knowing exactly what was going on but knowing somewhat that it was going to end up badly for the woman unless somewhat interened..
- Fehler would simply watch in horror as the yokai Screw the dice, Fehlers somewhat nice. The child would take a few steps towards the kaor, their eyes focused down on the floor as they bit their bottom lip. "P-please don't hurt them too badly.. I-if needed.." A gulp from the child, knowing that they were likely going to get into more then they bargined for.
- "I'll take their punishment instead if its really that bad."
- (Fehler Oshibka)
- [16:07:37] The Nameless Yokai: <*HISS!*>
- [16:07:37] The Nameless Yokai: <*HUNGRY!*>
- [16:08:28] After hearing A'ten's words...Haise would merely suck his teeth. "*tsk* I'm afraid I will not let that happen...I was extremely specific as to what would happen if you attempted to escape in any way, shape, or form..." The volume in his voice would raise as Haise became more enraged...Haise would then turn his attention towards A'ten, "A'ten, please let me deal with their punishment..Ralic is my responsibility, and I intend to enjoy myself..."
- Haise would say this with a mixure of rage and sadistic intent..He ment business, and now that he was already irritated from having to interogate the incredibly arrogant Lucian, Haise had no more mercy left within him...
- (Haise H.)
- [16:08:28] Lacrodectus: <*Pick-up.*>
- [16:08:28] Lacrodectus: <*Mario 64-style toss.*>
- [16:08:28] The Nameless Yokai: <*Thrown like a rag doll.*>
- [16:08:28] The Nameless Yokai: <*Gives Yokai variant of the finger!*>
- [16:10:11] A'ten: <*Pauses with his claws in front of the woman's eyes, white xted to save Vareline the trouble of waiting on red*> I want the two of them out of this camp, and not able to return. This is why we dont bring people here. It attracts others. I say we blind them both and dump them in the forest. They'll be found and wont be a problem to us any more...
- [16:10:11] A'ten: Agreed, woman?
- [16:10:11] Lacrodectus: <*Gives Yokai variant of The Implacable Man.*>
- [16:11:02] Vareline Larencia: all i ask.... for Ralic to be unharmed and free.... if blinding me is what it takes for that I am willing to accept it...
- [16:12:44] Fehler Oshibka: .. True, they need someway to not be able to return.. <bites lip while thinking> ..
- [16:12:44] Haise H.: <rage intensifies>...
- [16:13:36] Lacrodectus: <*Internal loading screen intensifies*>
- [16:14:27] The Nameless Yokai: <*Walks towards Ralic!*>
- [16:14:27] Ralic looked up. Vareline was being held, the Yokai holding her, almost ready to tear out her eyes. This, more or less, upset Ralic. Quickened breaths became more and more louder, but then, a thought came to the child.
- "If you injure her like that, they'll come looking. Someone had to have done it. Certainly an average animal doesn't have the brainpower to injure her like that." Almost calmly, the child tried to reason with the yokai.
- (Ralic Byrhad)
- [16:14:27] Ralic Byrhad: <*Keeps an eye on the Nameless Yokai, just incase*>
- [16:15:18] The Nameless Yokai: <*Hisses, as it quickly tried gripping the lad!*>
- [16:16:09] Ralic Byrhad: <*Kicked the Lesser away*> You know I'm right.
- [16:16:09] The Nameless Yokai: <*Gets up off the ground, slightly still bleeding.*>
- [16:17:00] Vareline Larencia: <*looks at ralic quietly before turning to the creature named a'ten*> no... I will deny it... but for that to work i would need to be able to talk. to convince them otherwise...
- [16:21:16] With the woman's offer accepted, the kaor plunged two of his talons into her eyes and sliced them out with extreme ease before casting them aside. Undoubtedly a horrible thing to see coming, and even worse going out to be left in a world of total darkness. She'd retain her voice, yet not her ability to see, to lead them back to this place, and he was hoping that the shock of seeing such a horrendous thing happen to his mother would horrify Ralic into repressing what he did remember of the journey here.
- Though with that said, he couldn't just leave them unhindered either, and a strip was ripped from Vareline's cloak and wrapped around the boy's eyes to bar his own sight before he snatched them up in his other hand. Both of their prospective captives would be in his hands, and he would take onlly a moment to look toward Haise specifically as he muttered,
- "Do not bring any more outsiders in, unless they plan to join us. I will have words with our leaders about your actions, and if they deem it necessary, you will be dealt with in one manner or another. Do not test my patience, human."
- With that said, and the two of them probably in agony, he'd leap into the air and beat his wings furiously to sustain himself for a moment, his glare still resting on the Harukean, and then he'd dart off toward the East, flying just above the treetops.
- (A'ten)
- [16:22:08] Nameless was back to hissing at him again in the midst of some porn obviously disturbing scene of disturbingness with a Kaor threatening to blind and gag someone. Permanently. How nice and cuddly, right?
- NO.
- Instead of dealing with the hungry Lesser, Lacrodectus proceeds to pursue the noble objective of breaking your knowledge of physics. By... Appearing to move around without moving his legs. The sheer friction from his Mana and the ground appeared to propel the Giga along at silly speeds.
- Until he walked-- rolled-- Whatever, moved past the Lesser and hit the tree. A mild shift of the Mana here, backing up, aanndd...
- Lacro hit the tree at an increasingly stupid speed, deflecting his body into the air and going up a solid fifteen to twenty meters before dropping back down. And... Still sliding around on the ground via magic clouds or something. This was all very confusing, so the Giga was using this as a form of escapism. Wheeee.
- (Lacrodectus)
- [16:24:41] The young harukean's rage would grow to it's boiling point.."Fine then, you damned yokai...I'll deal with this one...Like I said he is MINE! You have no say in my business..." Haise said this as lightning struck down around his form, becoming more and more aggressive as his rage grew..He would then walk foward towards Ralic without any warning of his actions, and would grip the hilt of his blade. This instantly enshrouded it with a even thicker coating of electricity...
- Unsheathing his blade, Haise would continue to relentlessly march towards Ralic...
- (Haise H.)
- [16:29:48] Backing away from the scary Harukean, he eventually came to the cliff. There was nothing left to do but fight. "I don't... I want..." Then, the eyes came out of Vareline. Rage quickly filled the child, throwing him out a good mindset to truly control the Lightning.
- It crashed everywhere. Ralic's hand drew the sword in record speed. A hint of a green aura flashed, before fading away. The child's aura was much more wild than before his rage.
- Ralic was pissed.
- (Ralic Byrhad)
- [16:30:40] {combat} Ralic Byrhad has been defeated by Haise H.! They're unable to continue fighting.
- [16:30:40] This was.. Quite the situation.
- The violet eyes of the young Fehler would simply watch the action that the kaor had took. There was a fear reflected in those eyes, absolute terror as the kaor had removed the ability to see from the drakinite. The child nearly shook in their boots at the bloody sight, holding their sides to keep from hyperentatlating or throwing up. It was the first the child had seen of the cruel cruel world. Sure they had heard of such actions done before but to actually be able to see it was.. shocking.
- Eye opening.
- The child would say no more, almost as if the fighting and reactions had sobered them to life. A final glance would be made towards the kaor, giving it a nod, and not taking a single action against them or Haise. The child was utterly chillingly terrified.
- (Fehler Oshibka)
- [16:34:04] Vareline screamed in pain as her eyes where ripped out, it would obviously be extremely painful to lose ones eyes. The last sight she got was of the yokai's claws coming closer to her eyes before everything finally when black. She continued yelling for a moment before the sound of fighting reached her. in an extremely pained voice she yelled, but the words just come out as more screams. She couldnt see what was happening to ralic anymore and her son may still be in danger. Her body was too weak to resist the demons hand though so she stayed there helpless.
- (Vareline Larencia)
- [16:34:56] Ralic had the balls to get angry? This was unacceptable..
- The fight was, utterly one sided..Haise simply brush off any magical and physical attack Ralic had to throw at him...His march was...unstoppable...The harukean would grab Ralic by the collar and relentlessly punch him into his collar ripped off, sending Ralic flying into the ground...Teeth gritting, murderous grey eyes honed in on their target, and a bloodlust that could only be quelled through action, Haise couldn't be stopped..~by any human anyway~
- Haise would continue to march towards Ralic's body, which was now lieing on the ground...
- (Haise H.)
- [16:37:29] Blood splattered out of the Child's mouth. Being forced to the ground caused Ralic to snap out of it. But now, that didn't matter. This guy was going to kill him if he didn't fight back.
- So fight back DID the human. As hard as he could.
- (Ralic Byrhad)
- [16:45:10] Haise was far beyond reasoning, at the moment only a raging demon resided in Haise's mind. All he saw was red, perhaps this was just his anger, or maybe the blood splattering onto his face...
- Haise continued to march towards the before, kicking him in the stomach; into a tree. The enraged harukean then began to ground 'n pound the boy..Mounting ontop of him and proceeding to smash the boy's face with a flurry of ferocious punches. This violent assault wasn't enough to quell his anger, he needed more, more pain, more blood, he need to inflict every possible pain he could inflict upon the boy. This was the punishment for betreyal, and the boy had fair warning as he knew of what would happen if Haise so much as thought he was being betrayed, and Haise was a man of his word...
- (Haise H.)
- [16:51:08] Ralic got a few hits in. Not enough to change anything, but still, it made him quite proud. This pride was soon replaced by pain as soon as Haise began pounding on him. It was a really good thing that he was conditioned to recieve this sort of punishment.
- Every hit, blood flew off the Harukean's fist. Somehow, Ralic held on inches from losing conciousness. Pain conditioning was truly a great thing, that Haise had been doing for a year straight. This allowed the Human to hold on for a little longer, but making it extremely more harder to actually kill.
- But if Haise continued this, the brain tramua would definately kill the human.
- (Ralic Byrhad)
- [16:53:42] With the end of the battle between Haise and Ralic, a rather one sided fight, the kaor proceeded as he had intended and loomed over the both of them. The harukean's blinding rage was only exceeded by the wrath of the infernal demon. Vareline was still firmly clutched in his hand, and he knelt down in order to take a hold of the defeated child, his eyes fixed solely on the Harukean boy as he growled,
- "That's enough, Haise. The two of them are being returned to the wilds, by me. I'm going to blindfold the boy before I take them toward Byson, they wont remember the path to this place, and wont be able to return unless you do something foolish as to try bringing them back again. I'm getting tired of people endangering all of us by bringing outsiders here into our camp, and I am going to have words with our leaders about you in particular. Take this chance to reflect on how indulging in your selfish sadism has put us in danger, and think of what's actually good for the group for a change."
- With that said, he reached out to grasp onto the boy, though if there were qualms to settle, they'd have their chance to stop him from taking a firm grasp.
- (A'ten)
- [16:53:42] Recovery.
- As the shock would have been recovered from, the brown cloaked child would have lowered their violet gaze from the current battles and interactions going on towards the discarded eyeballs of a holy drakinite. The child would bite their lip as they stared at it, considering what to do for a few precious seconds before a hand would descend scooping up one of the eyeballs quickly. While they may be gross, they also looked slightly entertaining, the jelly bouncing inside the ball..
- Stuffing it into their pocket, Fehler would have to later use the eye for something surely. There might have been something out there which there would be use for an eyeball after all.
- (Fehler Oshibka)
