Before we begin, I'd like to go over your responsibilities as an instructor for Beyond The Five, which are
- Creating a course syllabus
- Creating course curriculum (lectures, assignments, tests, quizzes, etc.) by August 1st
- Grading and give feedback on assignments/tests/quizzes throughout the school year (a few hours per week)
- Supporting students throughout the school year

What qualifications do you have for teaching your subject?

Do you have any previous experience with teaching? If so, please describe your experience and your teaching style.

How would you address a failing student? What resources/assistance could you provide them with?

Since the courses that you are interested in teaching are not currently offered at Beyond The Five, I'd like you to describe the courses, including difficulty/intensity (how much time per week needs to be spent), a range of how long these courses will need to be completed, any prerequisites/corequisites necessary, and how students will be assessed. A rough outline of the topics that will be covered in these courses would also be preferred.

In the foreseeable future, do you see any circumstances arising that would disable you from fulfilling your instructor duties as outlined at the beginning of this interview?
