- Item Name: All-Binding Vicious Chains: Dimensional Incarcerator
- Description: A pendant wrought in fine arcanium in the shape of a star with long, spindly arms that end in fine points. Another star is lain over it, wrought from emerald crystal with far too many facets to count; each of them catches any stray beams of light and focuses them inward to the pendant's center.
- And, in the center of this pendant, rests a slender feather. It appears glassen, fragile, similarly made from gemstone, yet it bears no scratches, marks, or dents.
- The more light the feather receives, the more brilliantly it shines, particularly as it catches beams that are focused inward from the multi-faceted star shape. Under the right conditions it becomes almost blinding. One might think the wicked couldn't stand the sight of it, and yet like a moth to the flame they are pulled in closer.
- Scene (with the artificer): Though the artificer adores her coin and, more than that, the prestige that comes with having a high price paid for her work, this job was more personal. An old acquaintance, Atagi Taiyang, came for her assistance with a piece to aid him in his mission; to dispel wicked spirits from the willing.
