Consider Plak's application rejected, because it misrepresents his sponsorship tasks and because of
strong opposition as noted in the logs and in the Ambassador's first post on the topic.

Plak will be presented with a set of tasks designed to overcome this strong opposition. These tasks
will be challenging but not impossible, and they will prove his sincerity. They will be based on
professional judgment, and will be completely absent of emotion or personal investment.
