Have you had any previous experience in an authoritative position? Feel free to include real-life experiences such as "I used to be a lifeguard" or "I volunteer at my church". Minecraft Experiences: Well I have been staff quite a few times one of my biggest accomplishments is Mineheroes 1000+ constantly I used to be staff on there, I have been staff on delta twice and staff on a few more servers that have since gone down due to money issues. Real Life Experiences: I have had a job at McDonald's, and I mow lawns and shovel driveways.

How much time are you, on a daily bases in GrizzlyMc? I can dedicate 2-4 hours on weekdays and 4-6 on weekends.

What would you do in a situation where players are hacking or spamming(breaking the rules)? What would you do in both scenarios? Please be specific. If someone were to be hacking I would immediately freeze them and if I didn't have permission to ban them I would contact an administrator with higher authority than me. If someone was spamming I would immediately warn them and if they didn't stop I would give them a second warning and if they were to carry on I would give them a 10min mute and if the situation escalated were they spammed after that I would contact an administrator to handle them.

When did you first join GrizzlyMc? The server isn't currently up so never.

Do you have any specific skills in Minecraft such as building or plugin experience? I am quite the skilled builder winning a few competitions on some big servers, I am also good at handling arguments and little kids, as I have 5 siblings of my own and my house is constantly flooded with screams and I have grown an immunity to arguments. I am also very good with world edit and other commands that are needed for the staff position.

If you could change something about the server, what would it be and why? Honestly, I can not say much on this because the server is not up yet, but with past experiences with servers first starting up people think the server is vulnerable so people will xray, kill aura and other hacks and they think they can get away with it I can stop that before it happens.

Why do you want to become a Staff Member if so Why should we pick you over other applicants? I would just love to challenge my-self with a new project and I think I can contribute a lot to this server it seems like you have a nice little community and I would love to make myself a part of this community I am a dedicated, loyal and just all around helpful member to any community you put me in, heck put me in an anarchy server and I can get everyone to get along. What I am saying is I would be a great addition to the team with my experience.
