Dewgong guaranteed on 5= spA or higher
Lapras guaranteed on 27= spA or higher
Machamp guaranteed on not minus spA (range on all minus spA IVs)
Misdreavus a OHKO range on great +spA but never better than 4/16 so don't go for it
+2 big Dragonite guaranteed at 17+ spA or higher, +3 big Dragonite a 13/16 range on 0- spA (10- spA or higher guarantees it)
Heracross guaranteed at 7= spA or higher

Marks:
(Big Dragonite) 17+ spA is >259 spA at Level 71          (17+ actually has 258 but so does 16+ and some below, 18+ is 259)
(Machamp) minus spA nature is <223 spA at Level 71       (actually 220 or less but lowest neutral is 223)
(Heracross) 228 spA at Level 71 is 7= iv

Consider healing Blastoise and leading Blastoise vs Heracross if you are really fucked on mewtwo vs heracross
Just surf him so Psychic is no longer a range when Mewtwo comes back after Blastoise is dead.

Ttar crit revive strat is generally:
Send in Blastoise,
Surf Ttar,
Revive Mewtwo on Venusaur- if Blastoise is high enough hp for Venusaur to use sunny day on Blastoise then heal Mewtwo that turn
Send Mewtwo back in when Blastoise dies
