Shikai

A permanent shikai that doesn't turn off.
The repetsentation of of the shikai is chain metal cuffs on the wrist and ankles.
Each cuff holds back a great deal of the holders Strength, speed, and Retisu back. Addition to holding the Retisu back, they stores it in each cuff to allow bursts of power when released depending how long each have been kept locked
As the name implies, the true power of the shikai is similar to a Devil. With each cuff the weilder releases a portion of the the true form of the spirit in 'Stages' if you want a step by step.

              **__Stage One__**

__First Release, Cursed Right Arm__
The First Release is the right arm. The right arm going up to the underside of the cheek takes on a blacker then night skin with scales that glow with overflowing reitsu. The fingers grow out with the finger nails turning into claws. The elbow grows a red gem like spike exending 7 inches, 3 inches in girth.
With this form the strength that had been held back is brought up two times.

__Second Release, Cursed Left Arm__
The left arm going up to the underside of the cheek a blacker then night skin with scales that glow with overflowing reitsu. The fingers grow out with the finger nails turning into claws. The elbow grows a red gem like spike exending 7 inches, 3 inches in girth.
With this form the strength that had been held back is brought up two times.

     **__Partial Release: Torso__**
With the both arms released the energy released rushed through the welders body from the two upper cuffs reistu stored up. The energy is wild yet controller changing the rest of the welders upper body as well as add three razor like red gems on each arm leaning 75 degree angle towards to elbow, standing at 4 Inches long and 1 inches thick, forming like a knife.
Addition to the added razor gems, the chest grows the the blacker then night scales going up the face as well. The eyes change to golden as well as their hair turning silver, taking more of a spiky look.

Current boosts
Strength: x16 (previously 4)
Reistu: Unchartable due to the nature of the stored funtion. Normally above Captian Bankai levels after two years of storing.
Longer releases then 4 years is forbidden by the Head Captain due to the level of destruction apon release.

Side effect:
After turning the stage off the welder's skin is sensitive to light and thin. Along with that, the arms are weak, barely even 1/3 of the normal locked strength.
-Staying in stage two can have permanent effects on the welder leaving the eyes and hair as such.
