* Gerard is sitting on the couch smoking a cigarette, barely paying attention to the trid as he stares into space.
16:08 * Loviatar is currently in a chair out of direct line of pain from a window. She has her wards up...but she still doesn't LIKE the sun. She has a book in hand and is transcribing it to AR.
* ViVa , on the other hand, is sitting upside-down on a fluffy chair, fiddling with something in AR. Possibly artwork, possibly something more (or less) sinister.
16:10 * Vikki is recolined on a couch, watching trid footage of some women's wrestling league or another.  It seemed to be a somehwat  short for her kind, if muscular,  red-headed elf against a Fomori.
16:14 <Loviatar> "If you keep doing that ViVa, you are going to have all the blood rush to your head."
<ViVa> "It helps me think!"
* Gerard mumbles. "I think they have ware for that" around his smoke.
16:15 <ViVa> "Yeah, cool, but no. My holistic health is very important to me, not the least because... well... reasons, you know?" She pauses for a moment, frowning at something. "God damned photoshop layers..."
16:16 * Vikki glances back to ViVA, "Pretty sure it doesn't work that way, no."
<Loviatar> "...fine, don't come crying to me when you give yourself a headache and fall down."
16:21 * Loviatar sighs and puts down the book "...ok, I'm officially bored."
16:22 <ViVa> "I could fall over and call up some drones for wacky hijinks?"
16:23 * Gerard shrugs. "If that's what you want."
16:24 <Vikki> "Would that be anything like the -last- time you did that?"
<ViVa> "Look, we only had to burn out THREE rooms, our insurance covered the whole thing!"
16:26 * Vikki shrugs and goe sback to her wrestling with a light grin.
16:28 <ViVa> "We didn't even have to hide any bodies or anything."
<ViVa> "Unless those four devil-rats count."
<Gerard> "Anyway, so how are we progressing for the job? I went and picked up some LAWs for the demolition part."
16:29 <Vikki> "Anja had a couple of choice things to say about this Alister fellow. You did get all that, by the way, ViVa?"
16:30 <ViVa> "Sure, even if you hadn't sent it to me."
* ViVa pauses for a beat.
16:31 <ViVa> "Not that I have everyone's private lines tapped or anything."
<Loviatar> "About that. Viva...I want you to do something for me. With the footage we have of him and the girl."
16:32 <ViVa> "Yeah?"
16:34 <Loviatar> "Can you hide her identity? As well as...he has footage of him with other people..."
<Loviatar> *of himself
16:35 <ViVa> "Oh, sure, wouldn't be hard to do at all."
<ViVa> "We releasing the anonymized videos to the masses?"
16:38 <Loviatar> "I was thinking a compilation, sent to several news outlets. That would be great ratings for them..."
16:40 * ViVa nods. "Mmm, agreed. Totally within my power. Do you have the extra footage or am I busting into this house for them?"
<ViVa> ((*his))
16:42 <Loviatar> "The latter. The girl I met only had her own footage." She frowns "Even if we were not getting paid, I'd want to bring him down right now."
16:43 <Gerard> "It is kinda good to feel like you're doing the right thing."
16:44 <ViVa> "I always do the right thing!" ViVa grins, flipping right side up. "I'll get a crack team of sprites ready for this. It'll be great!"
<ViVa> "I *might* fall over half-dead."
<ViVa> "This is normal."
<Loviatar> "Or at least, bad things to a complete assjack."
<ViVa> "Not right now, though. Need to prepare.
16:45 <Vikki> "I'd like to make sure he gets out of this alive," she remarks, "Not because I don't think he deserves to freeze in Hel, but just because it would be worse for him to live with his shame."
16:46 <Gerard> "That should be doable. Might make the demolition easier too, if his security is offsite with him."
<Loviatar> "Well yes. That and if we kill him, it becomes 'Insulting his legacy' not 'Revealing what a scum sucking assjack he is."
16:47 <ViVa> "We're in it to ruin him, not to kill him. I dunno about you, but killing a man we're ruining seems like a waste to me."
16:48 <ViVa> "So much more exciting to watch a man's reaction as his life burns down around him and he has no one but himself to blame, or so he thinks."
* ViVa chuckles. It is a dark, evil chuckle.
<Vikki> "We're in agreement, then," she looks to ViVa with a bit of concern. The girl ain't right.
16:50 * ViVa glances over to Vikki. "What?"
16:56 <Vikki> "It's just when you get like that, you creep -me- out. That's saying something, ya'?"
<ViVa> "Get like what?"
16:57 <Gerard> "I'm not sure what you're getting at Vikki."
* ViVa looks completely innocent of wrongdoing or insanity.
16:58 * Vikki grumbles, shaking her head, "Whatever."
17:01 * ViVa shrugs. "I think we're all perfectly normal, well-adjusted people." She looks over to Vikki. "So, wrestling, huh?"
17:05 * Vikki nods with enthusiasm, "Yes. It's such a rush. All that drama, but no words. The expression is purer than that. Body to body passion." Totally not creepy or wierd at all.
17:06 <Gerard> "They had pit fights like that in Bogota. Nothing real passionate about it. Just starving people killing each other to get the money for a little more food." He seems weirdly nonchalant about what he just said.
17:07 <ViVa> "Cool. I've kinda wanted to get into sports for a bit, but nothing's really grabbed me yet... just not a very physical person." She glances over to Gerard. "... I am resisting the urge to script up a cheap, quick Hobofight game."
17:10 * Gerard shrugs. "Generally wasn't that entertaining, but it was something to do where you didn't have to worry as much about getting attacked."
17:12 <Vikki> "Oh?" She looks to ViVa with a smile, "What sports have you tried?" She then looks to Gerard with a frown, "That sounds awful. Fighting in desperation is the worst kind of fighting."
<Gerard> "It was, but it's not like that was something uncommon. It's a war zone, after all."
17:15 <ViVa> "Baseball, hoopball, football, boxing, urban brawl, combat biking so far."
<ViVa> "Combat biking looked REALLY COOL, except apparently you aren't allowed to automate the bikes at all?"
<ViVa> "So no fully-rigged combat biking team."
17:16 <Vikki> "Combat biking's pretty fun, ya. An' you box? We should spar sometime. I love boxing!"
17:19 <Loviatar> "I am not much of a physical person. More than I used to be, a long time ago, but still not much. Unless you want to try dogfighting."
17:21 <ViVa> "No, no, I mean, watching."
* ViVa raises up an arm. "I have arms like wet noodles."
17:23 <Loviatar> "I think that's an insult to noodles."
17:24 <Vikki> "Noodles? Ugh, now I'm hungry."
<ViVa> "This is a fair and compelling point. I WAS gonna try combat biking, but, well, no rigging. Which is fair I guess?"
<ViVa> "Want me to go get something cooked, or order the kitchen to?"
17:26 <Vikki> "Uh, sure, thanks," she comments before looking back to the match. The elf was surprisingly gaining the upper hand.
17:27 <ViVa> "Allllright! Time to see if I'm any better at british cuisine than I was at german..."
* ViVa stands up, and heads to the kitchen!
17:28 <Gerard> "Should I go ahead and order takeout now? Or wait until she's done."
<Loviatar> "Might as well give her a chance."
17:30 <Vikki> "Well, whatever it is I can eat it, assuming she actually gets something out without burning the kitchen down, ya?"
* ViVa pokes her head in. "No one's allergic to eels, right?"
