DafangHack Telegram bot

1. First create a bot [https://www.alphr.com/telegram-create-bot/] on Telegram:
- Create a chat with @BotFather
- /newbot
- Keep the API key given by BotFather.

2. Create a group chat with your new bot and send a first message to initiate the conversation.
3. Add @getidsbot to the chat, it will give you the chat ID.
4. In the Dafang web interface, go to "Settings > Network Services > Telegram" and input both API key and chat ID (including the minus sign if any!).
5. Go to "Settings > Motion Detection > Notifications" and set the Telegram settings you like.
6. Go to "Control System" and enable the "Telegram Bot" service.
