  38. WHY BANKPLANK(kleptomancy) IS USELESS ON GP NOW

  41. With bankplank you q constantly, and only have 4 q’s then one q at lvl 3 and 5, and have no mana regen since these people take ancient coin for bandit. They will run out of mana. And sly slack of gold has a average drop rate of 1/5 kleptomancies pre 15 minutes. Its not worth it anymore to go bankplank with ancient coin too heavily relient on rng(as if it wasnt before with kleptomancy nerfs.) now u only get 1000 gold at the most with kleptomancy with boots/stopwatch and bisquits taken into accounr. You get your 10 minute triforce then shitomancy is useless as building ap on someone with all ad ratios.

  46. Grasp of the undying gp is a lane bully because

  48. 1: grasp gives him sustain/dueling, and he can keep it active by auto attacking his kegs. It does 4% max health of u when u prock it and heals you for 2% max health of you, and also permantely increaces your max health by 5. Note the damage you do is magic damage, so with the removal of early mr this becomes good dmg to pent those who build armor.

  50. 2.corrupting pot deals 15-30 magic damage (scales on lvl about once a level.) over 3 second and procs on every indivisual aa, or ability, meaning it applies indivisually on different sources of dmg/refreshed it.

  54. 4. Corrupting pot essencialls gives you a extra 325 health and 225 health in lane, but is a potion and popped in fights.

  62. MY GANGPLANK

  64. All gp’s play gangplank a little differently, mine is someone who has lots of damage, but also has some durability through items/runes. Some play bruiserplank with items like maw, sterags, spirit, ranuims, while some play critplank with items like Ie yomumus, statikk shiv, PD, essence reaver, duskblade. Mine takes both of those playstyles and emeges them. AKA manplank, your tanky but duriable.

  66. HOW THE NERF AFFECTS MY GANGPLANK PLAYSTYLE

  69. Now damage on gp has not been nerfed at all so yay there. On average i q the enemy once or twice at lvl one, then once or twice at lvl 2, then 2 at lvl 3, 3 if your lucky. So

  71. Lvl 1 to 2:162 mana (120 spent)
  72. Lvl 2 to lvl 3: 82 mana left(120 spend-40 gained from lvl u=80 mana lost in actuality)
  73. Lvl3 to lvl 4:2 mana left (renember the 40 we gain per level)

  75. At lvl 4 and 5 we level up our q to bring our mana up down to 55 then 50. Now mana problems would be a problem at this point, but since we go corrupting pot we gain 225 mana off this item. We will pop corrupting pot around lvl 2 or 3, so you now have 75 extra mana. Our mana regen will give us a extra q, but with corrupting pot we have another 4 q’s. We (usally) take manaflow band amd this grants us 3 extra free abilities, and even gives us a free first q at lvl one helping our mana problems, and the regenned mana will give us another extra q. We will be backing at lvl 6, after 6 minion waves, where we will be able to buy a sheen, and since i dont last hit like a bronze 5 adc, i can reliably get sheen at lvl 6. After that we get sheen, and our mana problems are gone.

IN OTHER WORDS: we will have around 13 q’s to prock grasp of the undying, giving us a total of 65 bonus health and 13 times of doimg 4% max health and healing for 2% max health, giving us insane sustain and damage. Not worth qing for cs before unless bitch matchups like pantheon, or rengar, but those we take dorans ring and shit.

We wont have enough mana to orange to heal now, but with corrupting pots mana and manaflow bans, we can still cleanse one gank with a orange, but since you get wards to look for jungle, plus knowing how to manipulate the wave, can leave my lane in a favorable position. If we are ganked early we have tp get back to lane.

  81. The biggest change is the keg nerf, kegs only last 25 seconds, meaning now if you place a keg in the minion wave or a “safe keg” itll only last one minion wave instead of two. This means sitting on the keg strat for 2 waves while keeping 2 kegs to work with is over. However with manplank you can do insane damage with corrupting pot and grasp, leading to a stronger trade/fight back against a gank (you can outplay to pick up a one for one for 0 or even a 2 for 0 if you play really well or thier just stupid.) also thats when the keg is placed down, meaning theres nothing holding me back from just placing a keg down, auto attacking it and now its down to one tick, leading to a e aa e q combo to disengage, or reengage. The e aa e q base combo is usualy the one i do anyway since it can lead into these combos.

  96. Also grasp of the undying corrupting pot manplank revolves much around his kegs and q, because the slow will lead to auto attacks and more corrupting pot/grasp damage

After laning phase ends, with corrupting grasp sheen and combos/kit you have extremely reliable damage to where you won’t run out of mana, and with resolve+sorcery with phage, you can one shot casters if ahead and push your enemy in and take first tower with ult passive and demolish. You can’t ward bushes with kegs anymore but not like i did that to ward jungle anyway. The only applicable thing was to put them in brushes to ward for things like irelia, darius, ect champs in brushes but most likely their aa the keg for the gold or have auto-autoattack on and auto it anyway so i will know if their in it. Sides now they last 25 seconds, and its 10x better to just push thr wave with the keg and back if your suspecting a gank.

  100. Once triforce is gained, the q gold genration really kicks in and thats when you start getting your 600-1500 gold generated from q from with ult stacks.

  102. Even with these changes bitch matchups will still be bitch matchups where you take doran ring and just afk farm til triforce against people like rengar and pantheon, but against anyone else(even bruisers, just gotta play that shit right), you can be agressive and go for trading.

  104. INDIRECT NERFS OR BUFFS

  106. bruiser buffs hurt gp, ornn nerfs help gp, stopwatch now opens at 10 minutes, this will hurt and help, its a situational keystone. Bone plating will help. Conditing and second wind are in the same tree, nerf to tp. Buffed PTA makes irelia stronger, gp nerf,zoe nerds, gp buff, gnar nerfs help gp,. The biggest change is the reneketon and darius buffs, bruiser keystone coming, and stopwatches now activate at 10 minutes, making it only viable against a full ad team. These 3 things nerf gp cuz now bruisers are buffed to hurt gp since they counter me(thier damage is the only thing getting buffed so if i play it right better, bruiser keystone makes bruisers stronger, and then stopwatch is no longer helpful agajnst jungle lvl 6 dives.) bone plating makes gp tankier, buff.

  111. the changes hurt the kleptomancy/tobias fate/tobias fate fanboy/meta slave fanboys but won’t hurt my gangplank too much. The kleptomancy fanboys take kleptomancy and just q constantly without counter play since q cost too low and didnt need regen cuz klepto gave sustain after constnat q’ing, and revolved around no keg works, and the only counterplay was accepting being shoved out of lane and losing xp/cs, taking d shield to live but leg gp generate 300-600 gold, or banning gp, now that is unviable, and if it is, riot will just remove mana pots from kleptomancy. This gp had no interraction required besides q q q but now it will dissapear. My GP is k. And if he is hurt really hard by the nerfs, a captain goes down with the ship so I’ll just have to take the nerf and find a new strategy to use on GP.
