well i just wanted to point out because maggs did speak to me ooc to have our characters meet icly..which we have agreed and attempted to do so ICLy, only 50% happened where we were sending messengers..I was going to volunteer to meet with Maggs icly and when i approached it to sinafay about it, she turned me down. It didn't settle well with me because im the type that wants storylines to be moving and not stagnant. I approached maggs ooc to let him know and he told me something that disturb me..sinafay told him that she had nobody to send..which is untrue..because I was going to icly volunteer and stated it in front of the others. And she told me not to.

okay, yes that is the issue I've been discussing right now. We have logs verifying Maggs statement to be true, as well as snapshots that were provided to corroborate. We are going to be taking action on this shortly.

Alot of it is what im noticing there is too much at this point that she is involving ooc mixing it into IC..which im not for it. Maggs and I were at least adult and respectful to keep our regulations and idk..maybe cause were old time rpers we know the difference of things and keep everything ICLY..but when we speak ooc we are cordial and plan things out, but it doesnt mean were gonna bleed our ooc ideas into IC to our advantage..thats not now leaders work ooc..were suppose to be team players.

We have noticed that as well, and previous warnings related to this kind of behavior have been issued. So this is not the first time, and we will be responding accordingly. However, one thing I will ask, during that initial conversation between you and Maggs, was this meeting first arranged/proposed ic? Or did the initial conversation start ooc? I do need to stress that all rp negotiations should be done icly, not through ooc ims, but that is of course not the most pressing issue here.

It was at first OOC we spoke of having a meeting and I agreed to it so we would meet. ICLY there was one meeting done between myself and the messenger to transpire words with one another to agreement upon doing the actual meeting on neutral grounds. After that I of course being drow messaged it to the Matron Mother about it and she deliberately turned it down for me not to meet, only someone else which was Adin. So..after that settled Adin told me ooc he was going to bed, which of course rl is rl we cant stop that. What really aggravated me is that Sinafay lied to Maggs that there was nobody to send up there to with him...which i state is a lie because I and Adin were suppose to go up there. But since Adin did go to bed I was volunteering to go but then everything blew up OOC apparently. So today when I spoke to Maggs ooc privately..he told me what happened between Sina and him ooc...and i learned the truth which now..I am defending this because i dont like ooc knowledge to be bled into icly. Sinafay lied to Maggs about not having someone to meet with him. There are two witness to state we were going to meet icly.

so the issue im referring to there is maggs trying to arrange an ic meeting oocly originally, that should have started ic rather than through ims. Not a formal warning or anything, but if you see folks doing that, please direct them to make any and all plans ic. Regarding the part about Sinafay, we do have evidence that lies were told from her end. We will be ruling on this, we're just waiting on her to log in rather than handle it with her offline. I'd rather not say what is going to happen before she is spoken to, but I can follow up after. If you have any logs or evidence that can help clarify this situation, we would of course appreciate seeing them as well though.
