  1. [22:06] Anguisa asks, "So... Revan, when do you feel like talking?"
  2. [22:09] Revan Task asks, "Which talk?"
  3. [22:11] Anguisa says, "I suppose it's important."
  4. [22:11] Revan Task says, "Ah, we can go now then, I suppose."
  5. [22:11] Anguisa says, "Just jumped into a Dragon's temple... Killed a Dragonslayer, got a cool thing and something to tell you."
  6. [22:12] Revan Task asks, "I take it this is your recent venture?"
  7. [22:24] The Shadow Dragoness was covered in bruises, her torso was covered in slashes and she was limping as her left leg had a big gash, she was also suffering some frostbite. A huge sigh came out of the woman's lips as she could finally sit, she was indeed tired and covered in dirt and snow. The Femal brought up a single coin from a Dragon's collection, it was a proof of something. "Qyzycryt, the son of Garljing, grandson of Ryujin..."
  8.
  9. Her eyes hovered beyond Revan's shoulder to one of the highest peaks of the mountain, she remembered where it was, despite not being able to see it as they were in a closed building with no window to let her properly see it.
  10.
  11. "I gathered a few Dragon worshippers to seek for Guidance. Fount some dangers there, i can't lie. It seems that a fool Dragonslayer climbed the prince's mountain to slay the Elder Dragon. Well, we killed the Dragonslayer and... I got this gift from his collection, as well as answer for that question you made." A shrug.
  12.
  13. She would proceed by facing the man, she looked beyond his helm, seeking for his eyes to face them directly. "I had my answer, Ryujin doesn't have to fear the Darklord, but i didn't know if i should care to stand against the Dark Lord's followers or not... So, i searched for a Dragon worthy of being worshipped as a Deity to know it from his mouth, i was just Lucky that this one was of royal blood, hm?" Anguisa pulled out a piece of paper. She had everything he said copied. "Let me read it..."
  14.
  15. "Demons are closely tied to Witch-kind, who are created by the Dark Lord of Helheim... a Lord who would seek to slay Ryujin... No one who aids Witches can be considered a true follower of your faith. Demons are of a similar way to be treated, in my own eyes, closely tied to those same Witches.. They must be purged, like a forestfire cleansing the dead growth so the forest may prosper; Ryujin need not fear the Dark Lord, just as I needed not fear that Dragonslayer... That does not mean those who honor either of us, should not destroy them regardless; Ryujin need not fear the Dark Lord, just as I needed not fear that Dragonslayer... That does not mean those who honor either of us, should not destroy them regardless; So tell me, those who would follow the path of the Fireblooded, of Garljing, of Ryujin... my father, my grandfather. Should you fight against the beings who would see both of their flames extinguished were they to ever have the chance...?"
  16.
  17. It was a long text, she sighed heavily after it was done. Then, even injured, she looked up back to Revan. "So... From now on i will fight against Theria's rides. I don't care who's beside the demons. I'm standing aganist them, even if you're my enemy, even if i have to face you on a fight now. Tell me, now... What do you feel about the Demon's presence here?"
  18. (Anguisa)
  19. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  20.
  21. [22:38] Hearing of an urgent matter, the Fireblooded would devote all of his attention to the studious disciple. They would enter the cathedral, his heavy boot steps accented with the tapping of his mithril pegleg. Turning, he would cross his arms as he listened to her. She spoke the name of a dragon, and his lineage, a brow would readily quirk, rather fascinate.
  22.
  23. Feeling her gaze go past him, he would look over her shoulder, curious as to what she was looking at. Filling him in on the context of the expedition, it would make sense why the square suddenly filled with injured Fireblooded. A scroll unfurled, he would listen to every word, being sure to dedicate the dragon's wisdom to memory.
  24.
  25. It was decisive, and though it countered what his father had preached, it fell more in line with what the Dragon Tooth Founder believed, a guild that had dedicated itself to demon hunting now. His lips would widen, the ends curling into a delighted grin.
  26.
  27. Further justification.
  28.
  29. As she sighed in an attempt to catch her breath, Revan would sigh in relief. There was doubt in the path he treaded, but the dragons would defend his notions, Revan's vigor and resolve would be renewed as he shook his head, denying her as an enemy.
  30.
  31. "You are not an enemy at all, you are a Strong.Free Fireblloded , and you are entitled to do whatever you wish.. But allow me to advise you to something.. Do not flee Theria, do not leave Garljing with the demons who wish to slay him- even if he does not fear them.. We must purge them, no?"
  32.
  33. It seemed his stance had been stated there, a few steps forward and he would place a hand on her shoulder, the horned helm leaning down to whisper to her. Perhaps it would be enough to justify her staying.
  34. (Revan Task)
  35. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  36.
  37. [22:39] Revan Task whispers: I plan to kill my father soon.
  38. [22:39] Revan Task whispers: And rally the fireblooded to push the demons from Theria.
  39. [22:39] Revan Task whispers: I will take the mantle of Warlord if need be.
  40. [22:49] She helf the coin of the Dragon's pile tightly, closing her fist around it with all her determination, that now was a relic of her's. An important reward that, in the end, would serve for nothing but to prove that this item really had a dragonic origin. The scroll was also brought back to her backpack, and thus, the limping Drakanite would get up, straightening her column and widely opening her wings.
  41.
  42. That was an erected posture, of pride and strength, she was at that point ignoring her state. That was the Dragoness preparing herself to attack, though her gaze was still calm, filled with sureness and firmness on what she was doing, her positions and where she was standing. It was all justified on that letter, and so, she was ready for battle, with the calm eyes of someone who knows that they're right.
  43.
  44. Yet, she refused herself to attack until an answer was given, that one was a wise decision. She rose her chin lightly, a brow cocked as he approached in anon-aggresive march. She would understand it quickly. A wise, slow nod.
  45.
  46. "It was as i imagined." She confirms her trust, the female got to a more relaxed stance finally, seeing that this one was no enemy to her. "I don't plan to abandon this city. I am actually relieved that you aren't denying those words. Otherwise, i myself would have to retake this City. Good. You are a real Fireblooded, as i told the Dragon you were." Her right hand would slam her chest, that was an oath. The every coin she held tightly was placen over her heart. "You can count on me."
  47. (Anguisa)
  48. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  49.
  50. [22:55] Revan Task says, "I am"
  51. [23:08] The coin was certainly a rare artifact, though it emanated an aura that unsettled the Fireblooded, there was no risk of him snatching it from the dragoness. There were little who would be able to truly treasure it beyond it's gold value, to understand the impact of receiving a gift from a Dragon's hoard. No doubt it would serve as good kindling for her fiery spirit.
  52.
  53. Tasks did not know fear, and this one had approached a bat demon that was feasting on a fresh kill. Young, misguided, and rather arrogant, Revan thought he could manipulate it to his own devices. Though as he grew up, he began to think otherwise, and now he would carry that same fearlessness to Anguisa.
  54.
  55. Hearing it was as she thought, he would wonder what specifically she imagined? Surely she didn't suspect his plan, perhaps he looked too suspicious asking the general populace for their opinion on the demonic presence. However, he would feel a reassurance hearing she wouldn't leave Theria, and she would take the city back herself if need be.
  56.
  57. Though it was her last words that would strike at his heart, a warmth filling his chest as she mentions of speaking well of him to the dragon, having faith in him to put her honor on the line for his. His grip on her shoulder would tighten, touched by the little sentiment.
  58.
  59. "Thank you, Anguisa.. I assure you, I will not betray your trust as.. My family is apt to do.." He was honest with his family's reputation, or lesser known for those who weren't privy. "I wish to bring honor back to it, and I believe this is the right path to do so.. It is also what is best for Theria. We will get you equipped with Templar armor in time, and I will tell you when moves are being made."
  60.
  61. It seemed the trust put in him was being reciprocated fully, something that did not come easy for Revan, despite how far he had come. However, this was much more than a selfish plight anymore, and it wasn't even secular. This had become a Religious War.
  62.
  63. "I.. Assume this goes without being said, but I expect you will hold the information I told you in confidence? I will also transcribe your scroll, if you don't mind.. It will serve well when I make my announcement."
  64.
  65. There was a burning eagerness to his tone that might have sounded entirely unfamiliar to her. Everything was coming together, slowly but surely. As his father put off their final blessing, he would only sink another nail into his coffin.
  66. (Revan Task)
  67. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  68.
  69. [23:22] His words would do nothing other than make her feel even more sure of her words, the Drakanite female had no reason to deny anything, or back off. As Revan spoke she should feel honored, unsure if she was to actually be worthy of wearing a Templar's armor, yet she dared to invade a dragonic temple just to hear a 'yes' or a 'no.' What is undeniable is that she has some courage.
  70.
  71. "I hope you don't. I am unsure if i'm worthy of becoming a Templar, yet i'll fight for the City. Even though achieving that rank was not my initial goal, sure. I can take that mantle until the time is no longer needed." She stated her intente, a nod was brought. This was indeed a religious war, not that she really was much bound to any rite or celebration, or indeed held devotion towards any Dragon other than the divine ones. She felt like one of them, after all. Anguisa fought for her Brothers and father, in her mind. What she did was just right.
  72.
  73. "I came here to hear your answer, not to tell everyone what you'd say. And if i am not fighting you now, it means that you're my ally. And we trust each other. I am not to tell any secret from an ally of mine. After all, i don't want anyone to interveine on this." All thrown out in a serious tone, her heart beated faster and the sparkling flame of her soul was heat, more than normal.
  74.
  75. And at the same time she just kept a calm gaze, she had the eyes of someone who was certain of their goals and motivations. The scroll was brought forward, it was all his to read it personally, so he would be even more sure of it that she spoke the truth.
  76. (Anguisa)
  77. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  78.
  79. [23:37] In his youth, Revan was not the trusting sort, he took after his father in gaining trust and never giving it back. It made it easier to pull people by the strings, though being the leader of a somewhat friendly guild would soften him a bit. His father had thrown robes on him and declared him a fireblooded, something he was initially unsure of, but the more he studied, the more devoted he became.
  80.
  81. However, working in such a personal office, where you are guiding the minds and souls of an entire faction, it was one Revan was unsure he could do. However, the more he spoke with the Drakans of Theria, the more at place he would feel.
  82.
  83. "Of course.. It would simply be for the duration of the war- assuming you choose to fight along our ranks, that is.. Or longer if it happens to grow on you.. Heh heh." He would chuckle, eventually removing the hand from her shoulder.
  84.
  85. Your devotions shines bright, your dedication is strong.. And the resolve you showed to face me,despite that I may have lashed out against you for opposing my family- you are truly blessed by the dragons with fearlessness, and valor."
  86.
  87. He hoped his words would help her forget her wounds and carry herself as the victorious warrior she was. So she came here for his answer only, regardless of what he would have answered? She wouldn't have slandered him, or would she wait until she had settled into her new faction? Regardless, they were on the same side, something that was reassuring to the Task who wasn't sure who would remain a friend, and who would become an enemy after his act.
  88.
  89. "Thank you, Anguisa.. I will keep you informed on what happens, and.. Your support.. Truly means a lot.. Theria will remain strong, so long as it is filled with passionate Fireblooded like us, and the others we ally with."
  90.
  91. A determined nod would be given as he took a step to the side, preparing to move towards the door.
  92.
  93. "Shall we returnto the square?"
  94. (Revan Task)
  95. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  96.
  97. [23:44] Anguisa showed of a warm smile, the idea of being a Templar wasn't all denied by her, someone needed to fight, and she would be the one to do it, even if Revan and her are the only ones standing against the Demons, she'd fight and face Death proudly. "I guess i just know when to persist and when it's pointless." A shrug, there was no reason to fear anything when she knows she's right.
  98.
  99. Although dying while being right and not spreading the word would quite be a little bit of a problem. She shook her head, not really wanting to think about it. The Garljing's blessed storeed that relic of her's back into her pockets once more, delieving a soft nod. "Yeah, time to go back. I suppose that what should be discussed here was already. Let's just hope that Garljing's flame is bestowed upon us." Anguisa would nod.
