  1. Telekom: Performance Management System for Graduates
  2. As graduates enter the organization with very little experience, it is important to teach practical approaches and guiding principles through learning programs. In order to further strengthen abilities and capabilities and to eradicate errors there should be constant feedback, in a 360-degree manner. That means the new employee, will give feedback on managers and tasks, as well as on himself and will be given feedback on his work. The employee will therefore be able to align himself to the company pace and way of thinking, as well as bring in new ideas for the organization to implement. This way the maximum possible “resources” from the graduate can be used to strengthen the company. Additionally, the graduate can help improve his manager’s work and way of thinking.
  3. To make this easier, it is important to set goals and priorities (on company / manager side). As mentioned, the graduate has to know these goals and priorities and be given constructive feedback on his learning process and work.
