Hello Summoners!

As we put the finishing touches on EU Split, I'm sure you have a lot of questions. Here are some of the most common:

Why am I still getting a queue? I thought this split was supposed to fix that!.
Following any maintenance there will usually be queues as players flood the platform, and the Queue works to smooth the flow of players entering the game.  If a thousand people try to get through a door at once it can cause issues, while one at a time is easy on everybody.  As the server fills up the queue will slow down.

The queues you are used to were from hitting the capacity of the environment - you will no longer be experiencing those throughout the day.

Can I transfer to the other server?
Not yet! It will be available soon, but make yourself comfortable in your new home for a tick.

When does my IP boost start?
It has already started! As we know it may take a little bit of time to get you situated, it's been extended to about 15 days total.

I got a server based in New York! I thought this wasn't supposed to happen anymore!
A couple of them were kept in the rotation following the Split, and we've already started to take them out. We apologise for this, and would like to say once again, you will not receive any games from these going forward.
