Not sure who is recruiting, but are all casual initiates automatically sent to the shiny team?
I'm a little upset with my team atm.  I sent out my monthly PM (which I do not make mandatory a response), and no one replied to it.  We even lost a member.  People are coming to my events, but no one is trying to help me out when I ask for help in the group.  Personally, I think we should fold up the team and just make everyone members of the shiny team.

Plok's team is closer to competitive than most other casual teams. They're specifically looking to increase their skill at the game with challenging playthroughs, which means it fits less in your team

There's plenty of opportunities to find people for that
But yeah - I acknowledge that I have been letting your team slip a little bit on the number of recruits.

and I'll only be doing recruiting events until I have at least 10 members, and some active members.

We're going to have to keep both your team and Plok's stable - Levi dropping didn't help Plok and a couple others aren't super active.

I think my team should be combined with Plok's
with him as 2 IC
If that isn't going to happen, I'm going to step down, and you can assign me to whatever team you feel is appropriate.
