List of what you need to do for services.

1. ALWAYS provide the customer the TOS BEFORE doing the service for them, make sure they agree to it.

2. something like, ' for this order i will not be able to do it, it will be outsourced to somebody else, this is okay with you? '

if you are not doing the order yourself, you must always tell the customer the following ' something like, ' for this order i will not be able to do it, it will be outsourced to somebody else, this is okay with you? '

and make sure they agree to it

3. always tell the customer to  remove ALL unnecessary wealth , only leave what is needed to complete the service on the account '
