- The nearest Arbiter swung his axe at Louis. Louis immediately grabbed the axe blade with his hand and crushed the metal like it was tin foil. He then proceeded to slash his blade across the Arbiter's neck, slitting his throat. The Arbiter fell back, clutching it's bleeding neck.
