Straighten Ondura panels, nails, closure strips and ridge Caps.

Make sure Ondura literature signage display is centered between the right and left sides of the bay and mounted on the third and fourthbeams from the floor. Make sure there are literature holders, a sample set, and an Ondura Overhead Display. The signage should becorrectly placed and in good condition. Product literature baskets should be fully stocked with literature. If not advise Zone 3 Manager,Lumber Manager or Building Materials Department Manager how to order (call 1-800-777-7663, ext. 171). (If unsure who they areplease ask a store associate).

Note any damaged signs or overhead panels in comments section of report Ondura Special Order Sales display sign. (Note if missingsign or missing chips in comments section of report). (Please see attached planogram photo).

Each color of Ondura sheets should be arranged on a shelf with the coordinating 3 faces of nail colors next to it. Ondura Closure Stripsare merchandized to the side of the literature signage display along with the Ridge Caps.

Remove damaged sheets (or advise Zone 3 Manager, Lumber Manager or Building Materials Department Manager-if unsure who theyare please ask a store associate).

Insure proper inventory (Panels 20 or less, Accessories less than 8). Advise Zone 3 Manager to Downstock or 5.3 to order if necessary.

Tuftex

Tuftex bay serviced to consistently look like Planogram photo provided.

Make sure panels are arranged by style/quality level, color etc., and size (i.e. SeaCoaster 8? Opaque Tan panels are together, 8? OpaqueWhite are together, etc.)

Good - SeaCoaster (8?, 12?)

Better ? UltraVinyl (8?, 12?)

Best - PolyCarb (8?, 12?)

DeckDrain - Panels (10? only)

Straighten Foam (or Wooden) Closures, DeckDrain Slope Building Brackets and DeckDrain Fasteners. (if stocked)

Insure proper inventory (Panels 7 or less, Accessories less than 8).. Advise Zone 3 Manager to Downstock or 5.3 to order if necessary.?

Note missing or damaged product support materials to include literature basket, laminated sheets, sample sets, product literature basket should be fully stocked with Tuftex brochures. Please note in comments section of report.
