First I want to say our every intention is to be compliant. In this ad, we explain the exact business model (creating advertisements for local businesses that bring in fresh leads, and charging the clients for that service) and even let them know there is an offer up front.

We don’t claim that anyone can do this, or that anyone will make any money at all. We simply give an example of our results or a customer’s results, and the exact business model they use.

If after further review this is still noncompliant, we will 100% stop running this ad and any ads like it. Our goal is to be compliant and have a great relationship with Facebook, but we would still like to continue advertising on Facebook. We could run an alternative ad that shows the business model in detail and not mention how much money anyone has made, but simply say that “This is what we normally charge for this service”.

Additionally, we are a legitimate company with an office in Downtown St Petersburg, and our CEO has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur Magazine, Business Insider, CBS, NBC, etc.
